I remember some time ago you rated Kanawakee as a wait and see. How do you rate them now? Do they lift a finger when it comes to player disputes or is this just another rubber stamp outfit?

Sometimes I do Google searches on specific text to see who is using the same ad copy:

Welcome to Golden Spur Casino, where the ultimate in Las Vegas action is brought right to your door!

Looks like a lot of different sites share this ad copy.

If I remember correctly there was a big site revamp late last year in which promises were made that a player complaints channel would be manned and active.

But I've heard nothing since, and in my (mediating) attempts to contact them in the past my emails were simply ignored. That didn't inspire me to believe that they were serious about helping players with hassles involving their licensees.

In fairness, things might have changed, in which case I would welcome a correction to my negative perceptions of these guys.

I do it the old fashion way, I pick up a phone and give them a call, and there has always been someone on the other end to talk to. The thing is, the complaints that I deal with concerning casinos licensed under Kahnawakee rarely get escalated to the licensor level; they are usually taken care of before then.

The only one at the moment that has been escalated to the Kahnawakees is 747casino.com for a minor ($200) but ridiculous complaint. The agency was very helpful in assisting me in tracking down the owners.

For anyone wondering...Golden Spur Casino is ran by WebStorm Media. They run it out of the nearby Kanawhake. WebStorm developed OldPortCasino as well and I don't recommend any of these casinos.
