Glad they got it sorted, but you have to understand that an issue like that, for the most part anyhow can't be solved by chat reps. A lot of times they may be outsourced and can only can see what you can see - they don't have access to the back end of the software, and even if they did, they wouldn't be able to change anything.

In my experience (with a very few exceptions) live chat isn't all that helpful especially with technical problems. If you're having a technical issue it's always better to send an email instead where it can be forwarded to someone who can actually help. Not only did you waste 2 hours of your time, you wasted 2 hours of the chat people's time where they could have been dealing with other people.

I probably used the wrong term when I said 'outsourcing' - that's when they use some call center in India or someplace. To be honest I don't know how these things work usually, all I know is that in a lot of cases chat support seems to be separate from regular support - whether they're in a different room or a different building or even a different country I don't know. All I know is that you can spend an hour or two wasting your (and their) time in chat, or you can save yourself some aggravation and send an email to support, who forwards it to tech support and then it gets fixed.

I mean really, if chat support can't help you in the first couple of minutes, staying there for another couple hours swearing and getting pissed off isn't going to help anyone.
 
Isn`t it part of their job to know what to do... If they got coached to auto say things, then the casino really should take mathers and give them proper learnig..whats the point of having chat host then, and isnt Golden Riviera resposible of them?

What is so disrepectfull? do you mean fk c....that was pretty much it. I got frustrated after chatting with 2 host for more than 2 houres...

You wouldn`t be? you would just be calm and relax? people are diffrent, and som act diffrent. If you are a chat host you should manage some bad language...

So ban me from the forum if you want to.. Ill think i manage`..:)
