Golden Palace vs Sunpoker.com

Sun Poker is an excellent poker room.

I would think it would be illegal to close an auction with a winning bidder, and then change one's mind.

I wonder if ebay is responsible here at all?

I've played at dozens of online poker rooms, Caribbean Sun is far from excellent. Anyone that spams it's members with emails begging for the members to repeatedly vote them "Best Poker Room", then more than doubles their required raked hands for their monthly bonus mere weeks later, couple that with their terrible customer service and sub par software...

Well, you get the picture. They're average at best.

They have bad customer service?

I have had only good feedback and loyal players...

I am quite surprised to hear this. I know about the voting stuff and the bonus requirements, but the customerservice thing really has me baffled.

Most of my experience is on the poker side, maybe the casino CS is different (I've played their casino, but can't remember ever having to contact casino CS). Their customer service is marginally better than the other Crypto sites, which to say is still lacking. I don't know, maybe I'm spoiled with the Casino Action group and their live help, or atleast Party Poker/iGM where they may not understand what you're asking, but atleast they're quick to reply and are trying.

And the Crypo/Wagerlogic poker software is definately below average when comparing it to other sites. For me, it's hard to consider it an "excellent" poker room and overlook the poor software.

Taking their live online help off really wasn't a positive step....

Ugh !!!

I can assure you that this GoldenPalace.com place is still up to their old tricks. I made the mistake of depositing via Neteller a few weeks back at a casino called Aspinalls.com thinking they were affiliated with a "brick and mortar" casino so I was safe. After initiating a withdrawal, waiting 14 days and seven unanswered emails later I phoned today to find out what was going on only to be told that they are a sister site to the infamous GoldenPalace.com.
You should have heard the excuses this CR named Xavier threw at me on why my seven emails have gone unanswered, why my cashout hasn't been processed and the 1,000's of hoops I now need to jump through to even begin the cashin process. And if I do comply the cashout process should be started in oh about 30 more days. :eek2: :eek2: :eek2:
Oh well, looks like I just bought myself a bite outa that Cheese sandwich.
Hope it aint too stale.

GoldenPalace is the worst

I've only been bonus whoring casino's for a couple of weeks, so I am not an expert. But GP was the first place I foolishly elected to play, between their bad bonus, non response to emails (although phone support has been very good), and deceptive T&C, I'd never go back.

It is almost 2 weeks since I put in a withdrawl request from GP, and I still feel like they are finding new hoops for me to jump through. In contrast, I've deposit, played, and cashout at several casinos like PlanetLuck, Starluck and recieve my money back in my Netteller account in only a couple of days.

Don't play Golden Palace

I just joined Golden Palace about 3 weeks ago and found about 250 spyware viruses from them on my computer that said Golden Palace beside each one of them. I coudn't believe it. I don't know if all 250 of them was from them but I do remember most of them said Golden Palace next to them....and took me about 45 minutes to remove them with adaware. I was really upset with them because of this spyware thing....as most casinos only have one spyware when I scan my computer usually microgaming pops up once for spyware but 250 Golden Palace spywares, are they nuts and think we are going to stick with a casino that literally takes control of our computer without letting us know? I borrowed a book on Roulette from the Library and was written by R.D. Ellison called Gamble to Win and he warns users not to play at the Golden Palace in about 3 pages of info throughout the book as slow to pay winnings.....and I heard they own about 4 other outfits too under different names. I'll have to look those up and post them here. So Beware.

Golden Palace is listed in ad-aware's list of spyware programs, so that tells ya something right there :\
