GOLDEN PALACE DOESN'T PAY

    hello, sorry for my english but i try to explain my situation
    i have played at GOLDEN PALACE about 2 mounths ago, i didn't received anyone bonus, and became to play, however i won 30$ (only 30!!!) and then to verify their affidability i have asked a withdrawal with my neteller account (i have purchased with it)
    after 15 days i haven't received nothing so i sended an email to golden palace; after other 5 days they asked me my documents and so i send them my license drive, and my electoral folder (the same documents that neteller has accepted), this time i was sure to receive my poor 62$.....nothing
    however....after many email, every time that i write them, they ask me a copy of c/c of the bank, but i haven't....and a utility bill....but i haven't....but my address is on my electoral folder!!!
    SO I ASK: IS POSSIBLE THAT I CAN'T WITHDRAWAL MY MONEY IF I HAVEN'T A C/C ON THE BANK???AND IS POSSIBLE THAT I MUST WAIT TWO MOUNTHS TO HAVE MY 62$???

    I recently did Golden Palace, deposited $100 recieved the $300 bonus worked it up to $700 during the WR, I applied for a cash out, they emailed me the same day asking for ID, I sent my ID and recieved an email saying ID validated, and then 5 days later recieved my cashout.

    The ID that you have to sent is listed in the Email as being

    1) A bank statment
    2) either a passport or drivers licence photo ID
    3) A utility bill

    So I guess you have a bank account for the CC alternative (in order to play)? and you have a phone for the utility bill (to conect to the internet)?

    IMHO security wont clear you until you send the correct ID, but why they did not give you the bonus is not clear?

    Yes they do pay.

    Everyone should have a bank statement of some sort. How did you deposit to Neteller? Most likely you either used a bank account or credit card, so you should have a statement.

    For a utility bill, send them your phone bill.

    By the way, why did you make an initial deposit without claiming the bonus?

    guys.

    i noticed this group of casinos get a lot of stick on this forum, of course they deserve most of it. but my experience is nothing but good with these casino. i being paid every dime i have being owed when i have played here. sent docs in of course, but this is the norm for playtech casinos.........
