Golden lounge-payment issue

    Wondering if anybody has had a problem with this casino..won 1100$ and withdrew it over 3 weeks ago, still have not been paid,their phone #s are out of service,and it took 3 days last week to get someone to respond to their "live chat".All they say is that it has been processed and out of their control.After doing some research i've found out they have a bad rep...any help or similar complaints out there? They also gave me the run around about sending id verification papers and the one withdrawal they didn't process for a week!

    Anyone here longer than a year could have told you that exactly what is happening to you would happen to you had you bothered to check it out, beforehand.

    Still, I know it totally sucks finding out the hard way and you have my condolences as well as, I am sure, the condolences of many, here.

    We all live and learn from our mistakes, gambling is just that, its a gamble, now that you have found this forum, i hope you will learn which ones are the better casinos to spend your hard earned cash at, as there are some pretty dishonest ones listed here who will be glad to take and run with your money.

    he/she knows now so hopefully they will read over the rogue section and move onto tell 10 of his friends and so on.

    I do have to say it pisses me off when I see a rogue has done this and they gotten someone else's money- when is the day these types of outfits will go..

    I cannot understand why anybody would play at a casino with such a stupid name! Golden Casino sounds like something naughty.;)

    I sometimes wonder do these clip shot joints pride themselves on their rogue status because they continue to steal from their players. I am interested to see who gets the worst casino this year for the meister award. I am sure the contest was fierce. I thank God I found this forum last year and educated myself on the good casinos the bad casinos and the downright ugly ones.

    I am so thankful for the site reviews here!

    I have belonged to Golden for years. It used to be a pretty nice place to play. I still have maybe 75 left in my account but stopped depositing and playing when I found out what was going on there from this site.

    I got a phone call from their new "vip director" last week saying they knew I was a craps player and never took any bonuses because of it. But.....they had a special offer for me lololol!! Net net if I deposited $2500 they would match it 100% and there would be no play thru requiements because I am so special lololol!!

    Well I pointed them to this site and told them to check out their reviews here and that would explain why I had no interest in ever betting there again based on their reviews here!

    I have no idea what happened to the Golden I used to know and play but I do know things can change over time at any casino.

    Thanks casinomeister and players for keeping everyone advised of rip off places like Golden on such a timely basis.

    seems these guys really need the money and try every desperate trick. no rollover for a 2500$ bonus and all cashable? :p seems they live in wonderland, but as they dont pay either in the end i guess they will offer next time 200%.. ;-)


    this is the biggest redflag!

    I signed up at Golden Lounge about half a year ago, Microgaming I thought, everything ok..
    Took the 100% match and after playing for a few hours and doing not bad at all I checked how much of the bonus was still there, to my surprise ALL of it was still bonusmoney..huh?:confused:
    It appeared that players from the Netherlands had to play through the bonus 60x instead of the standard 30x.
    Was somewhere hidden in the T&C's.
    If I remember right, autoplay was also forbidden while playing a bonus, but they dropped that later.
    Needless to say they went into the recycle bin.:D

    Chazz, all I can say is good luck to you getting your winnings, or even a response. Casinomeister issued a warning re: Golden Lounge back in August 2009, which was subsequently withdrawn. However, in October, they were back to their old ways of denying cashouts, invoking lame T&C's, and being generally unresponsive to even MaxD and Casinomeister. The warning was then re-issued.     Also, the rep who had signed up here, hasn't been on the forum since August of last year. You can try and keep after them, or use the PAB process...but I don't hold out much hope if they won't even respond to Max, or to the PAB's that have been previously submitted to them.

    I am also fighting for Chaz since she is from our forum. I have sent many mails and no responses so I suggested she come and PAB. We pulled all the banners as soon as Meister put up the first warning and we also posted a warning to players on our forum I really hope that no players makes anymore deposits at this place I think they are about to fold if they have not already!

    golden crap lol

    i decided to go in the casino and play on multi player wheelof wealth and chat with a few or more people lol and tell tem what a scam they are and someone responded and said what are you talking about i just cashed out over 6000$ and recieved my money the same week.i find that hard to belive!anyways its been 4 weeks and still nothing!:confused: hoping thanks for all your support
