Golden Lounge can't reinstall - can someone try?

I've been getting errors with several MGs, I decided to uninstall and reinstall and got everything working except for Golden Lounge (32Red)

Yesterday I tried several times and got stuck at 1% - today I left the install running and now I'm finally at 3% and stuck again. There's obviously something wrong. Can someone check the install and see if it's something on my end or if it's the download...?

Tried to install Golden Lounge everything gone fine. Probably something from your end? Check if you can delete the folder 'Golden Lounge' in c:\microgaming\casino and try again.

Just tried it and it worked fine, I would suggest a thorough registry clean hun, use Ccleaner 1st to uninstall Golden Lounge, then, open up regedit, to do this click on start then run, type in regedit in the little box then click ok, when regedit opens open the edit option and find, type in goldenlounge (as one word) then click ok, when it finds a file delete it, keep clicking f3 until all files have been found then try re-installing.

Good luck hun, and for God`s sake don`t delete any wrong file by mistake lol .

Forgot to add, if this doesn`t work it will most likely be your security suite and probably your firewall blocking it.

lol - I gotta tell you, I sent Ray a walk-through tutorial on how to go get the Avast uninstall utility and boot up in safe mode and run it to uninstall Avast on his computer at work. He calls me in a panic, his "My Documents" folder is gone. I go over there and sure enough, it's gone - ran a utility that saved some of the stuff, but I was trying to figure out what he did...turns out that instead of saving the utility he hit "Run" so when he thought he was saving it into his "My Docs" he was actually deleting the folder.

I said, "Well didn't it come up with a warning saying something like 'You're about to delete this folder - are you sure'???" He said it came up with something but he didn't read it, just clicked ok.

But hey, he can fix any kind of mechanical stuff so I can't make too much fun of him. :notworthy

ok I've got it installed now - could a mod please mark this as resolved?
