Got interesting results when I Googled "golden lady casino rogue problem rip-off"...

However, the casino is not listed as "rogue" or even "dodgy" on those sites.
It looks like it's a new Rival casino which I know nothing about (unusual!) and which is not listed in Casinomeister's "reservation" where all the other non-accredited Rivals are: http://www.casinomeister.com/reservation.php
They may or may not be OK, so the advise is, proceed with great caution.

Casinomeister's "Spot the Rogue" guide might help you: http://www.casinomeister.com/casino_pick.php

{Edited to add} Decided to register there & check them out myself; was very surprised to NOT see the dreaded "No Promotions Available" message I see in the cashier at most new Rivals I join. Mind you, it might as well say that with the ridiculous WR's they ask for on most of their bonuses, I don't think I will be very tempted!
