    Hi Guys,

From day one we have been in a very good relationship with Amatic or their interactive company called: Amanet. From a personal point of view, what I always loved about Amatic is that you can play your favourite landbased slots, online. Just like Novomatic, WMS/SG.

A few months a go we have pitched some ideas which were applied to actual slots, one of them is a slot I really want to share with you guys:

    Golden Joker!

What is so great about Golden Joker?

    1) It has fruit symbols (appealing to classic slot players)
    2) It has a Joker symbol (appealing for Scandinavian / Dutch players)
    3) It has a (might be familiar) feature with expanding symbols?

Click on the link below to try Golden Joker in free play. Please note: max spins is 20, so you have to refresh the page for more spins.

You must register/login in order to see the link.

Unfortunately the game is not yet certified for UK players. Therefore we have not released the game at All British Casino. But can be found at all the accredited L&L Europe casinos.

Hope you will like this one!

I won a whole bunch of nothing, so.. working as intended ;-)

Now add a chance for 2 jokers to change 3 or more cherries on screen into stacking multipliers.. add Mega Ways..
Call it Big Time Joker.. they'll be lining up around the block to donate their paycheques ;-P

So you honestly sat down and thought - what this world needs is another Book of Ra clone because 194 of them simply isn't enough?

The game's been out ages. It's identical to BoRD bar two of the paylines are in a different pattern. The 5OAKs are the same, everything. There are now circa 35 developers with a version of this. I see their imagination has run riot at Amanet.

A bit harsh considering you’re a games producer...and probably have tons of clones you’re outputting soon or had in the past...jis saying.

Afaik nobody had made a clone with the classic fruit symbols yet! So there's that ;)

On another note: could you ask Amatic to get rid of that very limited demo mode? 20 spins is not enough to get a feel of the game. They should either make it like all other providers or get rid of it.

Don't be so negative mate, if you approach a slot like that, even if its a clone - you will never win.

Be positive, be kind, show love to the slot and you have more entertainment and excitiment in general.

There is a reason behind it: Pirating!
Ask Novomatic or Net ENt about it, they know! :)

    Join the club mate!

Great games, solid mix, unfortunately not available at my preferred casino's.

I hope CasinoLand or RoyalPanda wakes up, soon :)

Never had issues giving their games a decent bash in demo mode, except for the NetEnt popups that you're playing for fun.

I can honestly say I have never and will never do a clone of a game that is super old and has been cloned well over 100 times... There is just simply no point. It's my opinion... Doesn't make me right but I am entitled to it :)

Wonder if any developer, somewhere, someday will sit in the office meeting and say "I know, Let's clone a GOOD game" :p

L O L... I have new invention.. its round and it can be placed to some frames build from steel and then there is motor inside those frames, you just need to put gasoline there so motor runs and then you insert my new round invention under the frame and it goes forward... I think im going to call it something like wheel or tire. BUT SERIOUSLY... we just dont need new copies of ra games, and adding fruits to this slot doesnt make it any different...

I mean you pitched ideas for a clone, all you did was replace symbols.
Where is the innovation guys? Skins of other slots will just be that, same slot different flavor.

Look at latest slot releases, like Yggdrasil Wolf Hunters, not saying its a good slot but at least it's a bit different to other slots.

Well, I believe it is not just like 'change symbols' in terms of making clone of Book of Ra. You also need to write mathematics, which is hardest and most important part of the work. There is really A LOT of clones of original book of ra, but only few of them are really interesting, BookOfDead for example, PNG did great job with this slot.

But I do agree that game developers must try to create and do something unique, otherwise we all will have clones of old games, and maybe in future clones of clones :D

Of course there is alot more work behind the scenes than just changing the graphics when a different provider is involved.

But the end result for a cunsumer is the same, we don't see maths we see what it looks like, and we think clone.

The bonus game isn't a direct clone of Book games. The game won't choose a symbol that will expand and pay but all symbols will pay as "scatter pay" in the bonus. Any symbol will pay when it hits 3-4-5oak on random positions so you might have 3 5oak scatter pays, it also has a multiplier of 2x that can land on all 5 reels. It's a bit different in that regard.
