Golden Goose Winner Screenshots

YUp. When you first paste the large image into Paint, save it as a JPEG, Then go to the "Image" menu, select "Stretch/Skew" and change the width & height to 75% or so. Then save it again as a different filename and upload that :)

Thanks Simmo.. but that's exactly what I do. I think the problem might that my desktop resolution in windows is 1024X768.. so even when i go down to 75%.. it's still too large. Plus.. I run the casino in full screen mode. Is there an option to change the resolution in paint? I thought i saw it before.. but haven't been able to find it as of late. Tim

Stop messing with MS Paint. Get Irfanview.

Okay... got Irfanview. Lots of toolbars and options. Could you just give me a crash course on how to use this for screenshots?

If it's anything like Photoshop Elements, hit file/new then ctrl-v to paste it in. Then just size to 640x480 and save.

Take a screen shot with Alt+Print Screen, open Irfanview, paste it in with Ctrl-V, resize it with Ctrl-R if necessary, then save it as a jpg file. It is not exactly

.

Another way to take screenshots with IrfanView:

Open IrfanView

Click Options on toolbar

Click Capture/Screenshot on options menu

Select the settings and file format that you want (jpeg/gif). Pick an easy to find destination directory to save the file to, such as your desktop.

Click Start. IrfanView will minimize. Click the window you want to capture, to highlight it.

Click Ctrl + F11

You should now have screenshot on you desktop in jpg/gif format. You can right click and rename it if you want.

You can resize with IrfanView under the image menu.
