Not a name I'm that familiar with although I have heard the name before - Rival software. Thought they'd stopped taking American players? Would suggest that finding a way to get paid might be the biggest issue if you win plus, if it turns out to be a white labe,l I'd do some more research into the funding side after previous experiences like the TiV fiasco.

Yep, I got it, too. More than happy to play the ND $20 just for a change from RTG, even if it is bogus. I Felt like a new woman! lol ...oh, well.Didn't give personal financial info...just loved to play anything but RTG even for a few seconds.

Nah, I didn't deposit 'nor will, until USA get's it act together.

BUT, it was fun for a while....

This casino is part of the Regalbar group. This group also have Slots Jungle, Mayflower, Winpalace and Casino Titan.

I deposited following the free chip. My deposit was for £25 and I took a bonus. Thanks to a massive spin on Scary Rich 2 I managed the playthrough.
You have to return there faxback form and docs before you can request a withdrawal. My form and docs were accepted after about 4 days. I then requested a withdrawal for £1200 which was denied, there is a limit of £500 per week limit. i requested this and I received payment 6 business days later.
I then requested a further £500 which was paid a further 6 business days after that. I stupidly spent the remaining balance.
So, rather lenthy withdrawal process, nearly 3 weeks, but I did get paid. Me emails were answered, live chat was satisfactory.
I researched them prior and found nothing to warn me off. I believe there are/have been issues, problems with other casino,s in the group.
But for me anyway, it was just the lenth of time it took to get paid, everything else was/ has been fine.
Its the only Rival that I have played at recently as I love there games.
I have and will deposit there again.

Regards.

WTF! You cannot be serious?! :eek2:

All these casinos have $500 per week max cashout AND they take a week minimum to pay.

It's disgraceful. I can't believe that affys here promote them as being a-ok. If just being paid eventually in the amount the casino sees fit is the criteria for a-ok....which it obviously is to some.....its a wonder they don't promote virtual etc.

As long as players continue to deposit, these casinos will continue to treat them like shit.

Some members squeal about iNetbet, but they always pay within 24 hrs and in full.

Thats true. I do not understand why they have these limits. Am I correct in thinking its a Rival " class " thing. A couple years back it took a month to receive 2k from a rival casino due to my class.
I only deposit very small amounts at this casino and take a bonus just to give me some extra playtime as I do enjoy some of the games. If I win anything its a surprise.
I am more than well aware of cashout time issues and this casino along with most of the other Rivals take far too long.
I would not choose to play here frequently but this to me is an occassional small deposit casino for a wee extra bit of fun. They will never be accredited and will probably not survive due to the cashout times. But hey, I got paid, eventually, from a stonking win.

All these casinos have $500 per week max cashout AND they take a week minimum to pay.
From the T&Cs on Golden Cherry's website:
The minimum withdrawal is $100.
We can send a maximum of $2500 per week.

All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $2,500. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 10 business days.
You will be notified by email when we send out your winnings. Withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department.

First time withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department. This can take between 5-10 business days.
You will be informed by e-mail when we send out your winnings.

At Golden Cherry Casino, verification of your account is mandatory.
They have very similar terms clearly displayed on all their other casinos' websites.
And unlike the Virtual group - these casinos DO pay.
My advice to all players at ALL casinos is to read the T&Cs before you sign-up, and if you don't like something - don't play there.

Obviousy the website is out of date or plain incorrect.

You can see snoddy was told $500 max so somebody has their wires crossed.

If I were an affy, I would certainly not promote them as their terms are more than just player-unfriendly - they are a disgrace, and whether they actually pay or not is irrelevant. Affiliates are judged by the calibre of the casinos they promote, and this lot clearly don't care about how quickly they pay their players. IMO saying "if you don't like something - don't play there" doesn't really cut it, as I'm sure affys that promote virtual etc say exactly the same thing. KK, people trust what you say, as I have done many times, and if they see this mob on your website, signup and get treated like dirt, it comes back on to you at some point. I still maintain that any casino that doesn't pay within 48 hours, and won't pay in full (or very high limits), doesn't care about it's players.

Hi,

First, i agree: The amount that we pay should be higher,(it will) and I apologize it took you 2 weeks to receive all your winnings. But we do always pay and we are extremely precise in payout times.

I still maintain that any casino that doesn't pay within 48 hours, and won't pay in full (or very high limits), doesn't care about it's players.

Specifically regarding your post:
i was going over the forum and saw you few times during the past 2 month stand up for a certain casino group against players that complain that the are waiting for over 3 weeks to get paid without any response from the group itself. (an accredited one). it's not important which group (i think they are very good, btw) but just the general idea:

I think at this point (after about 50 negative posts in every related thread) it reasonable to say that you don't like us( it took me time ;)), you do have something personal against us (i assume you will deny that) and judge us very differently from other groups.

Just to make sure that i understood correctly: i do agree with the basic of your comments. I don't think we are perfect. I think we can and will get better. But i also think that you can be a bit more objective in the way you judge us VS others.

All the best,

No, no wires crossed, read it again and pay attention to the bolded , "We can send a maximum of $2500 per week.

As KK said if you don't like the terms don't play there. I don't any longer (winpalace and slots jungle) after I started reading complaints here and other places of the $500 weekly thing and after they lied to me about it on chat. One CS told me there was no limit if I didn't use a bonus, another one at a different time, told me they didn't have that info, lol WTH, not having that info about how much you can cash out??? lol Also the cashier doesn't show how much wr you have left either. I also had a personal email correspondence with someone higher up at Winpalace and he didn't answer my questions clearly either about withdrawals. (Felt like I was getting the run around). This person also told me that slots jungle was not a sister site. It all gave me the creepy crawlies, so I quit them. Besides only once did I manage to make playthough and I got greedy and poof gone. lol It wasn't a big amount at all so that was some consolation.

Can you imagine winning 5k there and waiting on the payout for weeks and weeks and that isn't even mentioning the fees they would charge you for each transaction.

Regarding the player class situation.
Does anyone know what this Rival term actually means. I could withdraw up to 2500/week depending on player class. As I was only allowed 500/week, what kind of class am I. Ok I maybe pick my nose and fart too much but I,m a fairly classy guy, I think !!!!

All the best,

Firstly, I think your personal comments and assumptions about me are highly inappropriate for a casino rep in this forum....and it isn't the first time either. Speaks volumes about your business if you resort to this kind of personal stuff in public.

Secondly, I judge every casino on the same set of standards:

1. Pay in 48 hours
2. Pay in full

....and you don't meet either of them. The list is very short, but those two criteria say a LOT about a casino and what they think of their players. Just because you SAY it takes 12 months to get paid, it doesn't mean it's GOOD or worthy of some kind of praise.

I don't have any personal beef with your group. I just don't think you care about players, and I consider it my responsibility and my right to highlight these severe shortcomings to other members of this forum, lest they be caught winning a random jackpot or something and waiting 6 months to get paid. Most players don't read the banking section about how long it takes to get paid before they signup - most only find out when it comes to getting paid. I'm just making sure they know how bad the delays are going to be when they cashout.

Also, what is this "assume you will deny that" shite? Talk about inappropriate once again.

You should name this casino that I "stood up for" in the past few months.....but be very careful, because I know what I say, when I say it, and why I say it so you better get your ducks in a row because you're going to look pretty silly otherwise. I think I know what you might be referring to, and I hope you do lay it out because you will most definitely get owned.

It's my right to say that your casino group's policies suck, as long as I provide a reasonable basis.

The basis is outlined above, and your casino's policies suck. (Notice I said policies and not casino or danielg or anything just so you know it isn't personal)

Hi,

I assumed that something about "a casino rep assumptions " will come up, but I haven't made any assumptions and wasn't inappropriate or impolite in anyway.
As i said before, i do respect your opinions, just that you do treat us differently then many others. Just stated what i see.

As you noticed: i do take my job seriously- otherwise, I wouldn't be here.
i do try to assist players here and not less important, to improve things for the future. We made a long way and still have many things to improve- mainly the weekly payout amounts.

The only thing that i said and said in the past: your posts about us are always very negative and "harsh", BUT we are between the top casino groups on the US market and in 3 years of operation, we do not have a single players that wasn't paid!!! Which is unfortunately not the situation with many many programs.

So i do think we are in the right direction...yet, we do need to get better in the areas that you are referring to.

Best regards,
Daniel

Reps are encouraged to get involved at CM and as such we don't want to see them attacked inappropriately or sidetracked on personal issues. A number of reps have stopped responding here because of this and it does no-one any favours.

@Nifty29: If you have any response to Daniel's post above then please contact him via PM and keep this thread focused on the casino's T&Cs and cashout times please.

Thanks.

Hi,

Few things that came up in your post and also in this thread in general:

The CS rep is wrong: there is a weekly limit with or without a bonus (Unless you were asking about a free chip max cashout- since we do have max cashout for free chips). If that is not the case then if you can PM me some additional info (rep's name maybe), I'll forward that to support manager and he will make sure to clarify that to all the support.

Regarding sister casino: As you can see in my signature, we, the marketing company, have 5 client (sister) casinos.

GoldenCherry is our Rival brand. It's is not a white label and is fully operated by us.

Best regards,
Daniel

Danielg. Perhaps you could explain what criteria makes up this player class issue with Rival casino,s as its a real pain.

I just wanted to clarify that this "player class" is not a Rival term - it is a Win Palace Group term.
I would like to know what the criteria are too.

KK

I assumed it was a Rival thing as I had this issue twice at DaVinci,s Gold and Tradition a few years ago with cashouts. I was told back then by DaV that due to my player class I could only withdraw 500/week. Had a withdrawal of 3k , after 3 weeks of this nonsense I spat my dummy out and started posting here. The casino informed me that my class status had been upped and they allowed me to withdraw the remaining amount. But then they promptly locked me out. Similar thing at Tradition just before they locked themselves out.

It was not regarding a free chip. I don't recall the reps name as it was several months ago, the 1st instance was by phone, telling me there was no limit if there was no bonus. The 2nd instance was also via phone when they called to get confirmation on my deposit info. It was either slots jungle or winpalace, most likely slots jungle as that is where I deposited most.

Here is the exact quote from slots jungle, "All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class. Withdrawal approval time can take up to 4 business days. You will be notified by email when we send out your winnings. Withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by our Security Department."

The part underlined is what leaves you a loophole and it's a big loophole and it's how the group gets away with making $500.00 payments. I read the terms when I signed up but didn't pay much attention to that UP TO part and I signed up under an affiliate I trust so I thought I was good to go until I saw the complaints.

This is the thing, that UP TO part in your T&C's is misleading, designed to trick a player into believing that they could get 3K a week and yes I'm sure whoever wrote the T&C's is fully aware of it. This player class thing is also another not friendly loophole which gives you the option to pay out whatever amount you want. The casino's have themselves covered as they can always refer back to their tricky T&C's.

Sorry simmo.

You're putting the cart before the horse.

I was defending myself against Daniel's personal comments/attacks. How about some even-handedness here?
