To cut a long story short, I deposited $500 at GC and wagered a bit and decided to cash out my $500 (balance was $1006 with a $500 bonus). I just didn't like the software. I didn't take a cent from them but they still requested documents. I sent them a copy of my passport and mobile phone bill which they rejected because the postal code was 2008 instead of 2007.
The problem is I moved house on the weekend and changed my bank billing address and pretty much everything else. When I lived at home I only received one bill (the mobile phone bill) so it's the only one I could use. My bank statement reflects my new address so I can't send that.
Is there a GC rep here? I just want my money back, please help me
