Over three months ago a player came to us with an issue that they'd been struggling with for almost a year concerning Goldbetting and non-payment. I'm sure the representative did his best but all we heard from the casino was "investigating this" and "evaluating that" and so on ad nauseum.
Whether the casino was purposefully stalling or simply not interested in the issue it's hard to say. The bottom line is that in the three months we've been working on this case nothing has changed one iota and the casino people have done nothing to explain their situation and/or problems, cooperate with us or the player, etc. Thus we come to this:
Warning: Goldbetting.com can and will withhold winnings without explanation and will refuse to cooperate in any meaningful way toward resolving player issues that their actions cause.
