I just played at Gold Vegas and made a small withdrawal. I am going to see how long this takes from start to finish. If what the rep says that they do withdrawals more than once a week (I think I read this somewhere), and the length of time is average, that would be great!..time is ticking..will update experience as it goes, to save others heartache or let them know how good they are..will keep you posted..tick, tick, tick....

It has been over 24 hours and I am still waiting for the email I was told would be sent yesterday from accounting for withdrawal docs. I have emailed them with no response.

It is still sitting in pending which doesn't surprise me since I have not gotten the promised email from yesterday on the procedure of withdrawals.

I read all the T&C's I can find I think and I cannot find anywhere anything mentioning withdrawals. Maybe someone with better eyes can find this? Ahh well.. will wait and see I guess..

You have a pending withdrawal, and CS are ignoring your emails, prompted by the fact they FAILED to follow their own procedure and request documents by email.
NOW you have a message inviting you to take ANOTHER bonus in your screenshot.

The weekend now gives them the perfect excuse to delay 48 hours more, however, REGULAR CS should STILL be responding to your emails, even if it is only to annoy you further by telling you to wait till Monday.

Now you have sampled their service levels, you can decide whether it is appropriate for you to carry on playing there.

IF you can phone, or use live chat, try asking support why they are ignoring your emails. If live chat, keep a record of the excuse for future reference;)

I did go to live chat and they said they tried to call me...um, I have caller ID and I had no missed calls and was NOT called and I told them that. They then said that accounting needs the docs to process my withdrawal and it will be another 48-72 hours once they receive them (already sent) , you are GOOD VWM...to know that they would do this before I did :cool:..but we will see. As you said, now they got the weekend and more I guess to peruse my docs at their leisure and nit pik it to death..

Yes it does get annoying when trying to chat...

Tick the 25th, tock the 26th, tick the 27th , tock?....times a wasting....

It is now the 29th. The casino rep has not answered any emails, or has been here since the 20th. I did send him a message to see if he would help expedite this.

So I went back to chat but the do not have the button to send a transcript so I copied the entire thing as we went along...the denied getting anything from me, and then said the sent me an email which I never got, (I guess after being caught in a lie saying they called me they had to say this now).

They now say they have NOT received my docs on the 27th after they said they did..I resent them and now they are on notice that they were sent stamped the 27th AND the 29th now.

I guess as someone else said, that maybe this brand of casino is going bust due to lack of players...
 
Im not surprised they have no players. The slots are in competition with Orbis for the "Maggotty Old Pile Of Dogs Droppings Award" for the most ill-conceived and badly-designed online slots.

Im surprised you could actually win anything to cash out!

Something interesting on thier games came to me as I was playing...I was on a really good roll for 2 days there and I kept hoping NOT to hit the bonus round since it screws up the rhythm and they are lousy anyway but the play time and payouts were really continuous...

I raised my bet really high (to me that is), higher than I usually bet and found I would hit a nice piece of change every 5-8 spins (bet around$3-$3.75) and hit around $60-$90 wins on a lot of these wins..only 3 games seemed to pay out like this...and I actually got to like playing them after 2 days of playing with the same deposit..

I wish they would have kept their promise of being here and responding to players as the rep said in the other post...shame..I think I would have gone back and played some more if not for this lack of response..

You know I am really glad you are keeping us up to date on this. I was gonna deposit and play this weekend for sure. Like you I played the games before and did pretty well once raising my bet. I didn't get far enough to cahs out, but could have a little.

Since no word from them on your payout, I'm starying far away. It would have been better just to tell you the truth no matter how long it really takes. I'll just delete instead. Hope you get paid on Mon. Good Luck
 
Update: Just talked with customer service on the phone and the young man said my documents have been received and he was "shooting of an email to accounting" (his words) to make sure they get this processed in the next 24-48 hours (AGAIN)...I asked where the rep was that was on here since he hasn't checked in since the 20th of March and he said he didn't know who I was talking about.

I told him to send his superior over here to this website and forum to see what is being discussed about their casino and just why they have no business...

Wait and see all over again, and it is MONDAY dagnabbit!

Today, early this morning, my funds are in my QT account.

Yesterday evening, once again, I went to live chat (they are very speedy here, less than 1 minute, I give them that) and hooked up with Charles. He was extremely pleasant and very curteous. He once again claimed my documents did not go through and neither did another phone call to me.

Well, I will say they are consistant so I said email me right now and we will see what the problem is. He tried and said it was undeliverable. I never got the email. It seems for some reason they are being blocked by my service. I don't even get a spam notice.

So I asked him to send it to my hotmail account and sure enough, his email showed up within seconds. I resent my docs through hotmail and he was on the other end and said he has them within seconds unlike the first that I sent through my personal email which they say the never got.

I do want to say, Charles was extremely patient and kind throughout the whole thing yesterday and said he would get to the bottom of it and he did. He also walked (emailed to accounting) my docs over to accounting and promised I would be paid within 24 hours. I was paid in less than 12.

So, for some reason, there are some emails that will not accept or send emails that have the word "casino" in it I believe.

If you do decide to play here do not use your cox email if you have this for signup.

All in all...they have very good cs (quick response time), they pay out to QT (my preference),and the cs was very helpful after we found out the issue, and he came through like he said he would and they paid.!

Just remember, do not expect to get excited over their bonus rounds..I just enjoyed the length of time I played on $25 for a change (2 days) and got to withdraw to boot! That was definitely a new experience considering how I felt I was being raped by the "standard" casinos lately. Whatever the paytable shows, it desn't matter because you either blow it in a few minutes at other places or you accept the less of 2 evils and just enjoy yourself playing...

I chose the latter, enjoying myself and a withdrawal and Charles coming through made it all the better.

Silc, I'm glad to hear it. It sounds legit, Ive been bolcked by that email form good casinos. Now I use hotmail also. I know about bonus rounds, I just like the games. I'm a low roller and my small depost seems to last a little while. I'll go to them when I need a break from da RTGs, and MGs etc.
 
Hiya: Yea Cox has a lot of security features, and does not want to be aiding in the On-Line Gambling venue in any way. Despite that, I suggest always using an generic e mail, "insert generic e mail name here", that is only used for On Line purposes, Like Gambling, or Ebay, or Amazon, or what not.

The other added benifit is that it helps clear up your primary e mail from a lot of spam. I am however surprised that you did not get an, "Unable to deliver" message from Cox? I would send then a notice and ask why?
 
Just an update. I just got an email from the rep on board..said he will look into my withdrawal. A tad slow methinks :lolup: 10 days passed...Going to have to do better than that, yes?

All is good thanks to Charles. If you read my last post, he is definitly an asset to your business for growing. You really should pop in every once in a while too to make players more comfortable with the idea of someone on board if they have any questions and such on depositing etc..
