I registered in September and deposited 100. I never claimed or accepted any bonus. Actually, I never do because of all the rules with them. I played and lost my deposit.

I made a second deposit in September for 250 and lost that one as well. Agan, I recieved no bonus at all

In November I signed into the casino agand and deposited 500 this time. Again, no bonus was claimed or received. After playing I ended up winning 4500 euros this time.

Gold luck said I breached the promotion terms and conditions. They said I bet too much while playing and I was only allowed to bet a certain amount while having a match bonus. I told them I never had a match bonus or any other bonus.

They emailed me back and AGREED that I did not have a match bonus because I never met the playthrough.

I sent them a couple emails about this before they replied. Eventually they said that the match bonus was automatic and that I was FORCED TO OPT OUT (even though I never even know there was a bonus). Well, like I told them and they agreed with me, I never had a bonus.

I went through the game history and can see that no bonus was added. I played only with my deposit. They agreed with this at first. Then they changed and said I automatically got one some how.
 
Even though I see there are claims people have been paid, they are a tad shady. I can see their PR and employees were banned from here for shilling and their IP's blocked so I dont think anyone here will be able to help

Nothing shady about them. Casino started in 2012 and is run by well known GoldenBoys Bet Limited.

I am bit confused as to why not until now you post about this seeing it was back in November? I would suggest you do a PAB straight away if you have done everything to get this resolved with them.

Have to disagree with PaaskeDKnowUK, this is a bit shady organisation. Usually always asking for all kinds of documents, not just the standard passport, utilitybill stuff,but usually much more if they decide to pay out. And besides the notarized documents stuff (for some people) they seem to try and find every possible excuse not to pay.

Yep cyberclub is another casino operated by the same people.

Well , I did submit a PAB back in January and hear nothing back. Followed up with email and still nothing.

Was trying to resolve it via emails with the site but they refuse to answer now so might as well post here.

Yes, they requested all kinds of documentatoin as well to unlock my account which they locked immediately after I had won. Then they said, okay your account is fine now and unlocked. you´re free top lay but we took your iwnnings.

The deposit bonus, which in this case was their welcome bonus, was never added. My balance consisted of just my deposit. They confirmed this themselves. Additionally, this was 2 months after my first deposit and my 3rd deposit into the site so there should definitely not be a welcome bonus attached with its typical spiderweb of terms and conditions.

Your PAB was received on 31 December and submitted to the casino on 13 January. They have not yet replied. That's a problem, of course, but it doesn't exempt you from the PAB rules which I now remind you of (see FAQ items 2.6 and 3.12):
We reserve the right to discard any PAB that where that same issue has been posted to the boards. This relates to threads started by, or contributions to other threads by, the person who filed the PAB. This applies equally to posts made before or after the PAB was filed.

In other words in the case where the material was posted before the PAB was filed we will determine whether those posts would damage or thwart the PAB process before we decide if we will proceed with the PAB. In the case where the material was posted after the PAB was filed there is a very high probability that we will suspend or discard the PAB at that point.

I have received no emails from you as far as I can tell. You could also have tried the Private Message system here on the forums, it is a perfectly servicable way to inquire about the status of your PAB should email prove unsatisfactory.

At this point you have a choice:
  1. allow me to proceed with the PAB in which case I expect you to cease and desist with the posts here on this subject until the PAB has completed.
  2. abandon the PAB in which case I will move on to other things and you can continue here on the forums.

In the end it looks like this casino is simply unresponsive to the player issue I submitted to them. I'll try another trick or two over the next few days to see if I can prod a response out of them. Assuming that fails it'll be off to Warningsville with them, in other words a Casinomeister Warning and my recommendation to Bryan that they be considered for the Rogue Pit.

At this point I'd say the OP is free to post on this subject.

Thank you very much for 125. I see it in my account as a bonus balance when I never even got a bonus in the first place. I am sure there are 100 stupid terms attached to it as well. They will not even refund my deposit which was 500.
 
I have been following this thread and it is my opinion they should be thrown in the pit or at the very least put in the not recommended area. You played there with your own money as you stated. To give you back a paltry amount and not just at the very least your entire deposit is an insult. I am surprised a casino with IOM licensing would behave in this manner:(
