I had the same problem with portofino casino,sending documents many times and mysteriously going missing on the other side. The fact is they make life difficult for you by saying that the faxback form and documents you submitted are either not in order or incomplete. Get Montana at the 'pitch a bitch' section to help you out. They intervened and I got my 'comp points' redeemed soon. It was only for 9 bucks,I tell you but you really get screwed up by their CSRs.

It is not part of Portofino, it is Portofino using a dummy website with a dummy casino name. All you are downloading is the Portofino Casino software. Let me ask you this, prior to downloading and installing the Portofino software from www.glodblessamericacasino.com did you already have an account registered with Portofino? and also when you installed the software from Godblessamericacasino.com did you register an account thinking it was a separate casino? These questions are very important as they could now use a multiple account defense.
