Hmm, just signed up for an account at Gowild since I have hears good things about them. Ive had all my dosc confirmed and all. before making a deposit I read through their T&C and i found some things that were strange.
    First one is;

    4. Please note that our first deposit bonus is mandatory.

Fine - I usually take the welcome bonuses anyways - but then I reach this section:

    12. Players from the following countries must stake at least 99 times the value of their bonus prior to cashing in: Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, Thailand, Greece, China, Denmark, Hungary and Romania. Please note that due to ongoing promotion abuse, players from these countries are not eligible to participate in any free bonus or free spins promotions.

Hmm this would basically mean that i am gicing them my money since there is no way in hell that i will be able to wager the money 99 times - if I am not very lucky and hit Mega Moolah jackpot or something...

Can they really make u take a bonus with these strings attatched. I for sure will not deposit if that is the case...

Whatever you do if you got that bonus is play progressive slots at gowild.
There is another term in there that states until your playthrough is over with, the progressive games are not allowed. As far as I also rmbr reading was with their bonus you are only eligible to play slot games also.

Why not just say Go Wild does not appreciate customers from Finland, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, Thailand, Greece, China, Denmark, Hungary and Romania?

Instead of insulting people from these countries.

    What a joke.

These terms are VERY PREDATORY INDEED!!!

Normally, there would be a list of countries that were not allowed to have the welcome bonus.

In this case, it is both MANDATORY, and pretty much IMPOSSIBLE to complete WR on, so what they are doing is rather than rejecting customers from these countries, they are trying to ENTRAP them into more or less donating their first deposit to the casino.

It is not so much about the 99x WR, but they fact that players from these countries that think it too much are NOT PERMITTED to play WITHOUT the bonus.

In another thread, Floyd (the rep) has told us that there are SO MANY players who prefer NOT to take bonuses that they have changed the system such that ALL bonuses now have to be claimed from live support.

It seems that after their improvement, they have gone into reverse. They were on the verge of being tossed into the rogue pit last year, and only managed to avoid this fate by coming to their senses and paying players who stuck to the rules.

Surprised to see Sweden on the "shitlist". Finland appears on so many that Im used to it.

But there are loads of MG casinos to try out so just let them Go Wild without you.

Besides their bonus terms, there is something else I noticed. Awhile back cs suggest that I join their fast cash back program. With joining this and being accepted your withdrawal is processed within 6 to 24 hours after the 24 hour hold. It seems this is not so any longer as a email that I just received states they do not process withdrawals over the weekend. Now this was put in on wed and thurs I received that it was work in progress, and today a email states the processor will not pay till monday. So now that takes the 6 to 24 hours right out the door. As I look back on my transactions i had a few that was processed on a sat. To the same wallet.

Sorry Guy's im with Go wild on this one,

If you work in the industry like I do you will see a MASSIVE sign up from all the above countries, 90% of these ARE bonus abusers, by all means im sure go wild want there business but if THOSE people from the said countries are being fraudulant on purpose then why bother??.

It is a massive trend from all of those said countries, ok it means the good honest ones get the raw end of the deal but it is by no way the fault of Go wild.

I mean the company I work for you see this almost hourly, the open multiple accounts and use the sign up bonus, one day there name is Gary and the next there name is dave, do an IP search and you see about 20 account s signed up from the same IP address, the list goes on and on and on.

And lets not single Go wild out, the company I work for has the same clause as well as a few others I know of.

You must see it from the angle that ALL casino;s want a client base but the said countries are just rampant with fraud and bonus abuse.

    Regards,

    Same_old

Oh, the good old term "bonus abuse".

I know some advantage players. The thing is when a good bonus is "up" its gonna be hit very heavily. And I know in Finland many has "bonus abusing" as hobby or even as a job.

In the case of GoWild they had a ridiculously high EV SUB and got hit hard which run them into liquidity problems.
They can by all means impose impossible WRs on players from the mentioned countries but they are a bit late now. Actually its stupid since those who wanted to "abuse" their SUB already did it at the launch. And they state "promotion abuse", not fraud.

And in the case of Finland many casinos have us bonusbanned, not because of fraud, but because of massive amounts of APs.

And care to tell which company you work for?

I do not mind that they want me to wager 99 times. What I do mind is that I HAVE to take the bonus - that I cant choose for myself!

They DID before, I have had a few over the weekend, and they have been processed as though it was a weekday. It's something they had (at least for the fastcash customers), but now looks as though they have taken it away.
In your case, they should have done "fastcash" on Friday.

If there is such a problem with these countries, why then is the greatly abused bonus MANDATORY, rather than unavailable.
This looks predatory, since they are unlikely to have players lucky enough to beat 99x WR, which by the way is SLOTS ONLY now. There can be NO bonus abuse if none is given.
This is also another example of overkill. To prevent "bonus abuse", a casino can either offer a slots only bonus, or increase the WR. Doing BOTH is overkill, and this is bound to cause complaints from players in these countries.
There are many players who fail to read the terms and conditions, and expect to be treated on a par with other players, so if they see they have been "stitched up" by impossible WR - but only because of where they live, they may feel they have been taken in by an internet scam, and complain to the wrong entity, such as their bank, which will cause trouble for the casino.
The "bonus abusers" they want rid of WILL be reading all the terms and conditions, they will be calculating how worthwhile the bonus is, and whether there are any loopholes. Many of these players will feel they have "missed the boat" with GoWild, and look elsewhere.

The industry needs to get together with the software vendors to produce a package whereby it is impossible to "abuse" a bonus, which would remove the need for complicated terms and conditions, and banned countries.

Signing up for multiple accounts is FRAUD, not "bonus abuse" or "advantage play", so it is NOT an excuse to introduce 99x WR because of this FRAUD. Fraud is dealt with by OTHER terms and conditions.

If this industry is not careful, the SUB will lose it's impact as a tool to attract new players because there will be so many tales of woe from players who took the SUB and got messed around, as well as it being obvious from the terms for the bonus that you might as well forget about being able to win.

    Hi Everyone,

I see that we have 3 issues on the line, allow me to address them:

The First deposit bonus is mandatory only for players who wants to withdraw money won from a free sign up bonus mostly to prevent fraud and abuse - the terms were rephrased on that behalf.

the countries that wager x99 are countries that has a very high percentage of fraudulent behavior and promotion/bonus abuse which hurts all the honest players from those regions and hurt GoWild as well - it doesn't mean that they are not welcome - We have a lot of VIP players from these countries that play with us regularly with the normal WR - My apologies for all the honest players from these countries though I am sure you can understand.

About lauram withdrawal - First of all congratulations, I have no details about you and the situation and therefore its only fair that you will send me your account details on PM and I will check it for you.

Nothing have changed with our Fast cash out program, the other way around, it works great and we receive a lot of positive feedback from our players.

What I can say is - At GoWild we try to be as fair as possible with all of our players and we adapt the open door ideology where every player has a chance to Email the casino managers directly - these are not just slogans - this is our policy and many of our players can testify that we are willing to go the extra mile for them whenever it is possible.

    Yours,

    Floyd W.

And thats just it isnt it Floyd, the ones who care to email in and take the time are usually the genuine ones who are not the bonus abusers and im sure you guys handle them on a case to case basis like others do.
