Casino Complaint Glossy Bingo (Broadway Gaming) IP Ban

Hi All,

I've tried searching for a Broadway Gaming rep on the members area but it looks as if they're no longer on the forums.

I deposited £10 and got the free bingo spend. I only really play slots/blackjack on microgaming and as they were offering cashback through Quidco, i thought i'd give it a go. Lost my deposit and then went playing through the free bingo credit. Because i had been given a large sum to play with, i put money on a number of tickets and left my laptop to let them play through overnight. When i tried logging in when i woke up, the casino showed a 503 server error.

Waited a few hours and saw the error was still on there, I switched from my home broadband to my mobile sim and found the site started working again until i tried logging in and it kept going back to the homepage as if i didn't even log in.

I've checked with my ISP and they've assured me that it's working on their end, we've re-set the router and everything. The only thing i can think of is that it's an IP ban.

Should i PAB so i can at least see if i've won anything or should i let it go? Also if someone could get me some contact info that would be much appreciated.
