glitch at casinoval

I signed up after reading the casinoval thread here because there seemed to be interesting slots.

I first signed up and they gave me $20 to try it. Lost

They had a st pattys day promo for a free $15.

I claimed it and played. A few spins in I won $22 on free spins. However, I was not credited the win.

At first I thought I might have only been paid $5 cause I couldnt remember my balance when I first started the free spins but I realized it showed my balance at 10.85.

Below is the screenshot of the free spins win. Followe by a screenshot of my lobby. I logged out and back in and no change.

I went to live support and they are beyond clueless.

This is why i always try a free chip or even free play before depositing at casinos that are not accredited here.

Just want to add this support person has no idea what is going on at all in the casino or anything. I sent him/her the screenshot and her reponse was "I told you not to play anymore until we had this sorted"

Its very clear I didnt continue playing so no idea what they are talking about.

All this experience did for me is scream stay away.

A lesson learned without risking my own money= priceless.

the disconnections alone are a reason.

The client stops working, freezes and you have to close right out and back in and reload the game


Its too bad because their bonuses and games are pretty great.

That is weird... I used to play there a couple of times and never had problems... Whenever i was disconnected and startet the software again the open game started again... I never had those problems... So it might be something new..

That does not sound healthy, I no alot of antvirus detects alot of things when downloading and alot is safe but offering brides ect, Thats not on, something happened there I would run a scan now

I downloaded the Casino as well. NO Adware or Spyware. My Antivirus thinks that pretty much every casino is mean (especially Rival ones), but that doesn't mean a thing!!

And it would have been a recent error as i've downloaded the casino a week ago without running into any scam, spam or spyware.

I clicked the link to their site, the email was from their support btw. As soon as I clicked download on their
site, it opened one download window and two other. One advertisment and the other one was that usual
"your computer is at risk, download this and that".
Definitely not a coincidence.

I had no problems with Casinoval apart from the software, it disconnect alot of times so Im starting to hate playing there because of that. Another thing is the slow payout. I withdrew $ 1000 the 20. may to my neteller account, still waiting for it I know I will get it but I cant understand why it takes such a long time. Anyway I like the games a lot but those 2 Things put me of playing there and when you have pending withdraws you cant make a deposit either like in other casinos.

Yes, im really starting to wonder this one working day bs too. The software is ok i think. Cs is terrible like said in original post. Bonuses are good. But cash outs generally take about 2 weeks, not 1 working day

I agree.....Ive had a few cashouts there and it has always taken about 10-15 days even to neteller.
