Looks like to me that @Springo needs to post one more message and that should promote them to the "Newbie" level and once there, I bet the PM sending feature will work.

Yeah, I think it's about the account status. I haven't had any problems yesterday or today. Yesterday there was a server update for the forum, but it didn't affect the functions used, at least on my own account.
