It all comes down to how much risk the casino wants to take. You have to realize these credit card options these days come with high risk and frequently lost funds with the processor. Mainly because you have folks who are being dishonest to get you transaction to go through. So you don't expect to treat the operator fairly do you?
I think Extreme is one of the smarter operations to dump processors before they go sour. I've seen so many times places like iNetBet, Slotocash, and of the like end up getting screwed because they couldn't see the signs early enough.
