Giant Vegas Withdrawal Problem

I'd certainly advise people not to play here.

I posted the same thing fully four months ago, within about a month of their opening, on page one - you missed it? The warnings were all there, to be heeded or ignored.

I received the same treatment, with the same ridiculous excuses, a month or so ago. It took affiliate intervention to get me paid in the end. My cashin was a few hundred greater than yours, no big deal at all. I've heard other cases also, for much larger amounts. No pay and no response.

I believe this is part of the Vegas Magic Group, who also recently acquired Kiss Casino.

Definately avoid this group of standard bottom of the barrel pond-life RTGs like the plague.

Oh no the situation gets worse - I've just had an email from them saying my cashin has been denied because the maximum withdrawal is $2,000 (strange that the software stated $2,500 was the max and this is what they let me withdraw :what: ). However logged back in and my balance is $2K ($2K less than the $4K that should be in there  ), with no pending withdrawals. I thought that maybe they'd processed the missing $2K but nothing is in my Neteller account.

Caruso - to be fair I'd played at Kiss for months when they used Boss Media software without a problem and I've played there a few times since they switched to RTG without a problem being paid as well.

Also seen as your post was only part of this Giant Vegas thread it's probably not that surprising that I missed it.

Have you guys lodged complaints with this new Montana dispute resolution set-up RTG have? If yes, how long ago and what sort of response thus far?

Oh no!

I am having the same issue with Kiss. Deposited 200 and lucky streak had me request $2500 via neteller. This was only 4 days ago, so it looks like I need to sit and wait for a while here....

Jetset - yes I logged a complaint with Montana on the 12th or 13th and just received email confirmation today that they'd received it.

Thanks DD - from the looks of this and other reports it appears that the Montana set-up is pretty slow - maybe they're understaffed for the level of complaints regarding RTG bad apples!

Nevertheless, they have now been active long enough to get a feel for the overall situation and speed their system up if they are really serious about treating players right.

Please keep us posted here.
