They used to be so quick in approving withdrawals. This is Day 3 now. Sent an email inquiring when the withdrawal would be processed. They don't even respond to emails. If this doesn't improve, I'll take my money elsewhere. Ridiculous.:confused:
 
Requested early morning on Friday. Didn't withdraw at all during the weekend. So I'll meet you in the middle with 2 days. ;) What irritates me most, is the no-response to emails.

I am assuming you requested it over the weekend? How long ago did you send the email? If its only been a day remember there could be different hours they are their from your area.
 
I had a withdrawl request at Manhattan Slots (Club World Group Casino as well) Friday EARLY morning. There was NO cashier working on Monday. Mine was approved today (Tuesday) morning.
 
Why was there no cashier working on Monday? My DogMick?? Do you know?

Having no cashier on a Monday is rediculous unless it is yet another bank holiday over there. Perhaps the casino could post their "banking" holidays somewhere so we wouldn't have to wonder every week...... are they working??

After a whole weekend of players with possible cashouts, this would be frustrating.

I had a withdrawal from Manhattan Slots on Wednesday 6th, fired off an e-mail to supprot asking them to process asap so it would not sit in the cashier all weekend. I recieved an e-mail Friday 8th, informing me my withdrawal had been processed ( I checked casino cashier and it was gone) Was almost sure I would see it today in my bank but that did not happen. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow.

Edit: Yes the lack of communication is the most frustrating!!
 
Maybe they are celebrating the Chinese New Year Holidays lol.

On and off, there are occasions where member casinos of this group take several days to pay but they always come back stronger and pay within 24 hours. This is unlikely to be an ongoing problem and only when late payments start becoming the norm should we harbour serious concerns.

I did not ask why the cashier was not working on Monday, but it seems to be common that nothing is processed on Mondays.
 
what is this "withdrawl" you speak of?? I have no idea what that is.... at least since MG and playtech left the US.
