CM Announcement Genesis Global have UKGC License Suspended!

These guys are the most extreme payment stalling people I have ever seen. It’s insane.

Good luck with that.

Good riddance to them.

Thats a bit lame man. Like these guys can have a look towards the operations and due any due dilligence? They speak to an affiliate manager, they trust that person and decide to collaborate or not.

We work with these streamers, fair guys and we are fair to them.

I beg to differ on certain folks...
but I suppose business is business, hope your well mate as always.

I've read and re-read the portion of the act they've reportedly breached. It's pretty vague. I've played at a couple of these sites; found them no worse than others. Another instance of the GC waving it's regulatory wand whilst allowing 16 year old kids to play scratchcards online via the Lottery website and app. Now the Daily Mail has got it's teeth into this fact, expect a reaction soon.

You ok with the at least 48 pending terms?

There are some good ones, but there are also a number who really have little concern over who they are promoting as long as the funds are coming in. I would say that a number will collaborate regardless as long as there is a bone offered to them.

Saying that they trust the affiliate manager that they have contacted is like me saying that I trust the guy on the other end of the phone who has just sold me a mobile phone contract. We are both just out to get the best deal we can, there is no trust involved in the initial contact. If you tell a streamer that you will give him 60% (silly figure I know), do you honestly think he is even interested in due diligence - the dollars signs will be flashing.

Nothing against affiliate or affiliate managers, all doing a job - but I seriously doubt that in a number of cases when it comes to online streamers that fairness or ethics come into it.

Well what fine words, I would love to discuss your opinions further Infact.
most fresh and new to hear such comments.
fine man, kudos

No, which is ultimately why I choose to play elsewhere. At the moment, there are other operators and choices. I'm not sure as to what the end is for online casinos in this country. Regulation is rigorously enforced (rightly?) it seems. I've read plenty about variations in gameplay, stakes, prizes etc to alleviate a reported uplift in gambling addiction problem. Ultimately, it's the casinos that float around in the unlicensed ether, harvesting the problem gamblers that have excluded elsewhere that the commission really need to muscle in on but without a UK licence, they have no power to flex.

I got muscles to flex...
As scrappy in scooby doo used to say
‘Let me At em! Let me at em’

And without wishing to again discuss the ethics of certain streamers, I have just looked at one on line. Prior to the lock down he was pushing out 6 maybe 7 videos per month. Since the lock down started that has increased to almost 20 a month. Now it may be that he has more time on his hands, however the cynic in me says that the market audience has increased with people stuck at home so he is pushing it for all it's worth, thereby potentially facilitating the reported uplift in gambling addiction which is driving the UKGC agenda.

Bottom line is that yet again greed is impacting on the industry and people are looking for a short term win without considering the long term impact. It is for this reason I have little sympathy for streamers such as this who have signed up with Genesis and will now lose their affiliate income.

The value of their investment may go down as well as up :)

Good. Terrible company, on a level with Aspire.
Feel so sorry for the multitude of streamers who have been pushing shite like these for months.

Aspire have definitely improved. I got a withdrawal from request to PayPal within 12 hours last week.

They must process quicker depending on your level as well - I don't play there but Mrs does (or did) and if you withdrew at 11pm etc it's processed at 3am. Seem to have increased their withdrawal speed time as when i last played there it was 48 plus hours, frequency more than 72.

Wouldn't play there though personally - 50% contributions on bonus's, website's generally laggy as hell and others - Trada went to a platform not much better than Pariplay.

Are they still serving the 91% PnG and almost all slots contributing 50% to wagering? I saw someone post before saying Trada were 94% PnG but they were playing under the MGA license.

Genesis deserve this. They allow (or allowed) streamers to use fake money. That to me is false advertising. Fairly sure they do still considering the amount of shit streamers who are constantly pushing them at the moment. No sympathy whatsoever if they don't get paid either, promote shit casinos and it invariably causes players to get shit from the casino. Most affiliates are fully aware of how Genesis are viewed, if they still promote them, then they can't complain when they get shit on. They ignore SAR requests from players, they don't answer emails about breaches in their advertising and LCCP.

It's good to see the regulators cracking down on bad non-compliant operators. Never played at Genesis but those welcome bonus offers seem out of place in today's market.

Definitely nothing to do with the level - this was a seldom used account. Just wanted to see if Bonanza was playing any better there.

it wasn’t.
