Genesis global casino's done?

I wonder what is happening here. I am a member of allmost all of their casino's except the newer ones. Two days a withdrawal of 705 euro pending but that is not the problem. The problem is their phone doesn't work, I can't reach their live chat on ANY of the genesis global casino's.

Nothing works and with exception of genesiscasino I can't even log in to the other ones, I don't get any error but I can't type when I go to the log in pages. What is happening here? The past few months I have been playing with them and withdrawals were always received within 48 ours mostly 24 hours.

The only thing that got me worried right now Is that I can't contact them. Anybody else wilt the same experience? Also normally when I send an email to support I get an automatic email that they have received my case. This time not so much.

Since yesterday morning I have tried to contact them in all the ways that is possible. Nothing.. surely they have some kind of problem now.

Didn't they briefly lose their licences?

Wouldn't be surprised if it's all being transferred to a new company and running pretty much on automation in the meantime.

I was finally able to get to talk to an agent on live chat but on joycasino instead of genesiscasino. She refused to help me. I still can't contact anybody on chat on Genesis casino for two days. Horrible.

Is there any rep here that is affiliated with Genesis global limited? I have been to live chat at last 30 times, if I stay there for 40 minutes it still says that an agent will be with me shortly. Then I exit and refresh only to see no agents are available. This happens every time for two days now.

Edit: I just got email from Genesis casino that my withdrawal is still under review by the relevant department. Whatever.. at least they responded after allmost three days.

Hmm i had a 10k withdrawal on them few weeks ago they didnt want to pay so i got lawyer help as . i had like 5-6 casinos at same time so for these amount it was worth it lolol. so they had to pay.. then excluded me on all casinos under false claims.. maybe i busto them? hahahhah :p

Lol it would be bad for them to go bust with a 10k withdrawal. I withdrew 2.4k last time on their sister casino and was paid within 10-16 hours or so. I wonder if they have financial issues tho. I blocked my account for 48 hours as I don't want them to get the satisfaction of me playing back my winnings. I had several withdrawals paid by then the last few months within 24 hours this one is pending for 60 hours so far.

Like I said on another thread,I am closing all my accounts with them due to their over zealous source of wealth alleged requirements and their 2% withdrawal fee. I cant see these lot lasting much longer in the UK market as they attract complaints like dogshit attracts flies.

Their withdrawal fees are ridiculous indeed. IF I get paid I will be paid 690 euro of my 705 euro withdrawal. Yes that's a 15 euro withdrawal fee. I have paid several 15 euro withdrawal fees these past few months with their group on my withdrawals. It's a shame. They offer me great bonuses of 150%. I wonder if I won too much these past months with them hence the stalling and ghosting me on live chat for two days straight.

I figured how I can access their live chat within 1 second tho. I log out, and then try to log in again with the wrong password. Then I get the option of creating a new account or contacting live chat. When I click on live chat then the agent is available in 1 second. When I am logged in they are never available. I have spend almost hours trying to contact them on live chat when logged in with no success. What does this tell you? Or am I being paranoid which may very well he the case by the way! oO

Oh yeah these nonsense requests ... asking me for statements of old credit card long closed and purposely pushing with requiring that the statements show my transactions with them... So obvious pushed bullshit just to delay payment. I mean.. i don't know for people in general.... but to me i know casinos can see on their system for each credit card transactions our profile informations and what not for security reasons therefor they already know everything so asking me stupid stuff like that just never works. Same with casinos asking super mega HD pic of ID's with their casinos and paper etc. The only thing required by law is just to check the ID quick to be sure its the same person, not that kind of bullshit. It's just a big "STALL PAYMENT TACTIC" neon flash on top of it everytime for me lol.

From the start all financial transactions show everything they don't need us to send nothing. They would just need to ask us a quick ID pick and that's it... the rest they have it. The only thing they can't have is bank statements showing our balance and transactions and for a reason, they don't have to know and it's illegal to request it by force. Responsible gambling teams ask for it not for our own good but to know how much we are able to lose. I can confirm sloty one was plain simply spying and trying to figure my value, income and how i manage it as after i told him i ask outside help to manage my finances and savings to protect myself... That i have a fixed amount every month from my income to gamble and i keep all winnings in my wallets for gambling and bigger bets meaning if i shove anything huge... it's profits ... i am not losing house and car. It's as best as i can be for responsible gambling under the circumstances and he left mad and boom i supposedly requested self-exclusion all across the group haha like 0 subtle.

The bullshit is so out of control atm that their whole stories whatever make no sense ... so bad. One example, i deposit all day never win. I tell casino it's really fun to lose straight 0 all day.. they tell me they don't decide outcome and have no way to alter or interfer with outcome they tell me its encrypted bla bla send me to pages explaining.. the usual. Then finally i hit big... They go crazy and say i cheated and altered the outcome and made the slot give me a huge win. I'm like.. ok so.. you.. the casinos can't do nothing about the slots outcome... but me? yes? on my laptop at home? what?

Doesn't need be rocket science brain to figure most of the time what they say make no sense but it must work a lot because if it didn't they wouldnt push that scrap forever everytime lol. Casino bullshit all they want people need to research before giving up. Eveyrtime rip bad and get mad at casino.. they all repeat me same thing that they cant alter bla bla bla.. but when big these casinos then instantly say its impossible and i cheated and altered outcome!! I'm like hmmm are they completly brain dead or they think i am? lol

79 hours passed. I don't think they want to pay. What are my options? Just head straight to MGA and file a complaint? Genesiscasino yesterday told me to that my withdrawal was escalated to the relevant department with top priority. Lmao

I understand that it's frustrating to wait for 79 hours for the withdrawal, and it certainly would annoy me as well.

But it's not exactly a breach of their license nor anything MGA will take action on.

My advice is to be patient for a bit longer and hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Nope something else seems to be going on. They say that my account is under a routine check. They won't give me a timeframe as to when this will be sorted, they literately refuse to do this and just say as soon as possible.

Account security check.. I have seen some complaints on askgambleres and others where under this stalling tactic with account security check can take months. The review of my withdrawal was already done. Now they are doing extra security checks on my account.

Edit: Let me retract all of that. My withdrawal is set to be paid out today. Searching on google for account check and Genesis global is a bad idea. Seeing complaint on askgambleres where some were paid after months made me paranoid. It's not the money or winnings perse since I always throw it all back in slots anyway. It's the way these things get handled. And doing security checks while my gameplay has been the same. Which casino doesn't fuck around anymore? When will L&L be available for us dutchies. I seen enough shit to question everything. Gambling online industry has become a joke.
