General whining and some thanks !!

I guess I sure know how to pickem when it comes to casinos. I should have found this site before I played some of them. In general, I get so angry because they get our money quickly while we have to bend into a pretzel to get a payout. I am dealing with one right now that I won $4000 at. It wouldn't load on my computer so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall and it will not. I did reach an affiliate who said all of the gaming software is down. It has been 4 days and nothing. I was playing the waiting game for my payout which their policy is 5 to 10 business days. We all know they can be turned around in 24 hours. Now.....who knows if I will get paid or not :( !! I am thinking that online casino gambling for me may just not be worth it.
On a nicer note, this website is very good. I am learning alot and everyone is very nice and willing to share information. It is a big site and I am an "intermediate" computer user per say so I have to break it down. It is alot to absorb. I will continue to explore the different areas.

Most of us felt the same way when we joined, so welcome to the club! :) As for your cashout, what casino is it? Unless it's rogue, they might have a rep here who you could contact (at the top along the tabs click on i-Gaming Reps)

With no name we haven't got a clue what sort of company you are dealing with.

Welcome to the forum hairgirl. Whether one likes whining or wining it makes no difference to us.

If you dont want to name the casino then at least tell us which software it is that is causing the problems. The members here play at a great diversity of software so they could tell you whether your downloading problems are experienced by them and in turn verify what you were told is correct.

The casino is Mayflower and I believe that is Topgame software. I liked a few of their slots, cute and fun. I just wish most of them were'nt jerks when it comes to getting your winnings. I won $4000 on a $50 deposit. I am sure they don't like that.

Anyway, their little window on the right of the casino screen is kind of nifty. The reps always seemed really nice. Well, until I started inquiring when I would get my payout. Then, as with alot of them, they start acting kind of sketchy.

In the meantime, I did get an answer to my email to their support. The software had something wrong so they are down while working on it. This is since last thursday. At that point, I had already been waiting about 5 business days for my withdraw. The email today just said....all withdraws will be paid out. ok, so....when? It would be nice to know but as always....they are not going to committ.

Winpalace group. One of the slowest payers on the net....but hey at least they pay :rolleyes:

Your request probably won't be looked at before 10 business days, and possibly may only be paid in $500 instalments per week. I hope for your sake I'm wrong.

General whining

I spoke with Daniel G today. I was so blazing angry I could have bit the heads off chickens. I won the $4000...their withdraw page said I could request up to $2500 and duh....much to my dismay after waiting almost 2 weeks..here comes a wire transfer with $500. Daniel said he would contact them and see if he could help me out. He seems like a really good guy. I am going to hang out and see what happens.:mad:

I think WinPalace limits cashouts by some methods for some players to $500 per week. I haven't played or read the terms at Mayflower, but they are the same group.

Hope Daniel can accelerate your payment schedule. But 4K is a pretty nice win, even if it comes $500 per week. Mind you, if you have to submit a new request and start a new waiting period all over again, it won't be good.

Please keep up posted.

I'd advise not to make further deposits until your current win is paid in full.

Just vote with your feet next time. Even waiting 2 weeks is bad enough without the insulting limits.

very dissapointed

I am beyond angry. I spoke with daniel g on monday. I was told that the money has been wired out sunday evening. I always receive funds quickly. The money is still not here. I have lost faith in the whole online gaming industry. I will not waste another penny of my money. They get our money pretty quickly. it is terrible what you have to go through to collect your winnings. Now I can't even access daniel g website. For some reason is down. I am suspecting many other people complaining. This is about mayflower casino.
