Gday withdrawal delay

I requested a withdrawal of £198 from Gday on Friday 1st March, it says on their website they process after 2 business days, so I emailed them yesterday said thanks for the win (it came from 15 freespins) and asked them to chase and ask how much longer.

I got a reply later that day the main bit is below

Your withdrawal is currently with the relevant team being reviewed. Kindly keep a close eye on your emails for further feedback. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you in anyway. Your patience is greatly appreciated in this regard.

Has anyone else had issues with Gday delaying withdrawals?
I think it would have helped if they gave a time frame in the reply but they didn't. So now I am left wondering whats going on.
 
4 business days is not very good. I would keep bothering them about it because that's becoming a bit long. If you need help by the end of tomorrow, I would suggest proceeding with a complaint on thepogg. WHG doesnt deal with this forum but over there, he has close contacts with white hat gaming.

It looks like my situation is slightly different from the thread posted Steve as the withdrawal was accepted there. But mine is still in pending so they have not even processed it as yet.

I have submitted a complaint to the Pogg, had to register there as I am not too familiar but they have a great reputation hopefully they can help.
Anyway I did email Gday again on Thursday to chase it up, got another reply saying still in review
I logged in today and the withdrawal was showing as a cash balance on the site, went to chat and she said due to the review the withdrawal had timed out. And to request it again. So I requested the withdrawal again.
 
I had the same with G' Day about a year ago. IIRC a similar amount to yourself.

All previous withdrawals received within 2-3 days then all of a sudden one which hung in 'pending' for ages.

Support would tell me nothing, usual scripted bullshit until they eventually came up with "Your account was selected for random audit"

Never did find out the real reason but eventually got paid after about 10 days :eek:

Took the risk to continue playing there and future w/d's were back to the 2-3 days, until they bb'ed me they I sailed off in to the sunset with about 8K of their dosh :)
 
Thanks Jono this was reassuring to read at the weekend.
In the end they sent me an email saying the withdrawal had been approved on Sunday 10 March and today when I checked my account I saw that is finally in, took them 12 days in the end.

I find most times when using thepogg, a simple email they send to their contact will get things sorted. I have used thepogg 3 times and all 3 times when all he did was inquire with them about my situation, I was paid within hours.

So the casinos absolutely mess around and once they realize they are messing with someone who is familiar with the complaint process, they simply choose someone else to mess with instead.
