I am a brand new member and a recently new online casino member with jackpot city casino.
I am australian and am having major difficuluties with my first withdraw.
I am not been given an answer when my payout will be finalised and sent ($1800 of my money not bonus funds). Its left my pending withdrawals and in the hands of the operations team as ive been told for days now, I believe this has been an issue for many past players of jackpot city.
Any help would be greatly apprecriated or pointed in the right direction to have this resolved would be great,
