Hello everybody. There is a problem with Gday Casino. They do not want to withdraw my money ( over 67 pounds). First they request documents althrough i verify my account over year ago and i was cashing out allready in past. I send documents at 30 april. Chat support said three times, that they get my docs and i have to wait up to 48 hours for withdrawal to be proceed. Today they send email that i have to send docs once again and they refuse my withdrawal, money are back at balance and all procedure starts again.
Furthermore email support says sometnig else and chat support says something else. I can not get any credible information from them.

Can you help me ? What should i do now ?

That is weird. I have had a few withdrawals on casinos from this group and never had any issues. Always verified within 2 days and paid out within 4. I have never been asked to verify twice. Maybe you triggered a security alert or something? Send an e-mail to support and they ought to tell you what the problem is. Maybe docs aren't clear or something?
 
You are right! I had no problems with them before. That is why i play there since over year. I will inform how the matter has end.
Well, support said nothing bout document's errors. They just said they have check sended docs, and after week they ask bout docs again. I hope it is just some mistake.

Sounds quite possible.

Only a guess but it maybe a case of they've lost your doc's but won't admit it. Read a few cases of this happening over time.

The fact remains that it seems you have broken no rules otherwise they would not have reinstated the funds to your casino balance.

As much as it is a pain, I'd get the doc's (good quality) sent over again and stick to your guns to get your dosh, albeit a small amount.

They may be hoping during this delay you will play it back, DON'T :p
