i can play some slots at 1 though but i pretty much always stick to min bet or 2c denomination when playing stuff like reactooniez or jammed jars.

I can't believe this guy is the same guy who won the 100k on book or dead which he will never get
because he played on trash casino
and now he wins 65k and he doesn't get that because of the same thing
i mean really it's your fault you are picking the worst casinos to play on
and you expect them to pay you ??

Sure, Gday is not rogue but neither a good place to play, IMHO. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money.

- pending periods on withdrawals
- restrictive bonus terms
- limits on bonus conversion
- weekly withdrawal limits
.... list not complete.

Having said that, I just can't fathom that the OP, who is obviously quite a high-roller, does not agree with a casino on a VIP deal before opening an account and depositing. I am quite a bit below his level, yet I have done that with all my regular accounts and never had an issue. The amount of goodies I would have missed out on without the deals is actually quite staggering.

I would like to let you know that .. I have previously ask them if I was vip or not .. I was told I wasn't. However each week they sent me 50 % up to 500 offers ... which I have claimed and I have lost.
That day when I went on chat ... I was transferred to a vip host. I asked him if I was vip or not (last time I asked that, I wasn't) ... His answer - I am considered a vip as of that day .... Coincidence ? I think not.

man. one of those bets could be used as 3-4 deposits, and with decent bonus i could play for days with it :p

seriously now, hope you somehow manage to resolve it but seriously if you play $100 bets why on earth would you play at a place with $5k weekly cashout? Even worse, why would you take $500 bonus there, because after you complete it max you could cashout, per week would be 5x your starting balance ($500+$500) ?

i really hope you do get your money but you seriously should think about doing some research about casinos you plan to highroll at.

I honestly did not know there a weekly cashout limit ..... Their terms never stated it.

dude i have max deposit limit of 20/week set there and i also get 50% or 100% offers from them weekly. Its not vip or non vip thing, they do have lots of low roller friendly bonuses. That doesnt mean you should play blindly, forget live chat and what they tell you - just read rules that are there for all to see. If you are a highroller most casinos would love to have you as their loyal player and i really have no idea why play at places with so low weekly cashouts.

Hell i stay away from sites with $1,500 or so cashout limits, and i usually play 20 - 40 cents per spin :)

Mind you compared to your other casino you hit big at, this casino is a big step forward. Or it would be, if you werent spinning at 1/50 of weekly cashout limits :p

edit:

actually i just checked gday terms and i couldnt find anything about max cashout either.

this is the closest thing to cashout limits...

If you win £100,000 or more, we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten instalments, paid as 10 per cent every month for 10 months until the full amount is paid out.

but its not really applicable in your case so i guess they used this term

8. INSTANT BONUSES
Any bonus that is cash or bonus received from the casino, for example via Customer Support, is classified as an instant bonus. We reserve the right to limit any winnings from an instant bonus to 10 times the value of that instant bonus. For example, if you receive a £100instant bonus, a maximum of £1,000is eligible for withdrawal if we choose to enact this clause.

if thats what happened, then it was indeed wrong and you shouldnt settle for anything less than full amount, and if you are sure you havent breached any bonus terms you should aim to get everything they owe to you.

Guess they hope for this to go away because of tricky wording they used there (it doesnt actually state they mean FREE money by their term 8) but this term as it is, shouldnt be allowed to exist until its reworded to make it less vague and less of panic escape button for casino in question.

Thank you.... and what I have noticed is that people from different countries have different terms .... Which I find completely weird as us, canadians do not see the terms that are posted for uk players. I have tried using a vpn service and went on their site, and it completely different terms.

I haven't breached any terms, this is why they paid my initial 5000$, and waiting for me to sign the contract and close all open complaints.

They confiscated this guys money too - I don't know if I am allowed to put a AG link - but it's from Casimba casino, £ 66250.
They have privately messaged their players and offered them deals to close their complaints.
Either these casinos pay off the big guys and get away with it ... or ..... I just don't know.

You'll find it's the terms - if people read what Nate posted earlier, it states they 'reserve the right to limit winnings to 10x' which implies discretion, so they may decide it's worthwhile to let the VIPs off and not a new bonus player who wins big, or as seems likely in the case of the Casimba winner, apply it to very costly players.
This is why some that complain get offered more because although the terms would allow the casino to stick to the 10x, they may increase the amount on a discretionary basis. It's not really an ideal set-up but it isn't rogue either as some do end up with more than the terms would allow if enforced.

I haven't reviewed a WHG casino for quite some time, but I do remember they all had withdrawal limits when they were officially running under Caddell/Imperium Network Solutions.

BTW, the OP posted the same complaint on the POGG and it was decided in favour of the casino.

Yeah I did, and they did not want to look at the bigger picture .... everyone was just focused on term number 8 " instant bonuses ". Nobody cared of how vague that term explained itself.
All the other information I brought up, it did not seem to matter to the pogg.

It seems pretty clear to me. I’d be gutted, but it’s right there in the terms.

As much as the term isn't terribly clear, it is in your case as the example they give fits your situation exactly

Any bonus that is cash or bonus received from the casino, for example via Customer Support, is classified as an instant bonus.

You got a bonus from customer support, therefore it is an instant bonus.
I don't like the term but as they gave one specific example, and thats exactly your situation I don't really think you can argue it. I would take the 15k offered and play elsewhere.

I'm not sure which casinos have no limit withdrawals but if you are doing bets that size then I would find one!

If I had taken my original offer 100 % up to 50 (which was not active at the time on the account) and I would have to have it requested over chat to claim it ...and still managed to win 70k .... do you think they would have said the same thing hahaa?

hey if they are offering you 15 grand take it and just be happy they dont take it all id suggest... taking all the terms and conditions out of it. they are offering you something or nothing id say

I honestly don't know, which is why I said the terms aren't very clear, but that doesn't matter, your specific situation is the only one that is clear unfortunately. Up to you what you do but I would take the 15k, especially as they aren't known for bending very often in cases like this. I personally think you have been very lucky to get offered an extra 10k.

"Any bonus that is cash or bonus received from the casino, for example via Customer Support, is classified as an instant bonus."

So they can basically apply that to any bonus at all.
A 10x cash out limit.
What scum.

yeah thats the thing, with such wording they are able to use that 10x max cashout on just about any bonus, even 10% bonuses.

i really thought ive seen it all and i didnt think bonus T&C rules could get any more ridiculous but hey...

Thats about it.

If I player claims a bonus of 100, and wins 2000, they will pay him/her.
If a player claims a bonus of 50, and wins 3000, they will hesitate but still pay them. In the long run they know they will make it back.
If a player claims a 500$ bonus and manages to win 100k ... woah there buddy ... " We reserve the right to apply of term on your winnings " ....

You see what I mean.
In the long run I see what you guys are trying to say, they can apply this term to my win and I understand that .. but it's such a scummy term.
