Alright guys, I kind of need your help and advice regarding my issue.
In October I won 70,000$ with my cash balance (Reactoonz, 100$ bet) at G'day casino. Claimed a bonus of 100% up to 500. My initial offer was 100 % up to 50 via email (which was not active on the account) - So I had to go via live chat to claim it .. and I ended getting a better offer which I took ..

I verified on chat if I was able to withdraw everything, and I was given the confirmation once I completed my wagering requirements they will be able to increase my withdrawal limit to 7500 per week. (vip chat agent).
Once I completed the wagering I also got a call from the head vip manager. Congratulated me and increased my withdrawal limit to 7500$.
Long story short .. 3 days later .. they took everything and let me withdraw 10x the bonus amount, 5000$.

I opened a AG complaint (still active at the moment) if you wish to read the full story.
After this complaint .. they called me a serial bonus abuser, banned me from their network and offered me a settlement offer of 15k.

To all players out there, I need your advice on what to do at this point.

Pab won't work, as I do not have hard evidence.

$100 bets? Wow you must have a sweet job man! :):)

Anyway gratz on that win would you ever get paid for it of course.
I have no knowledge about this casino but I am sure some members fill you in very quickly on this.

I really hope you get paid!

Hi,

That sucks ass.

Under their terms, they state:

INSTANT BONUSES
Any bonus that is cash or bonus received from the casino, for example via Customer Support, is classified as an instant bonus. We reserve the right to limit any winnings from an instant bonus to 10 times the value of that instant bonus. For example, if you receive a $100 instant bonus, a maximum of $1000 is eligible for withdrawal if we choose to enact this clause. (Point 8 under promo terms)

Now I don't know if an instant bonus also falls under the deposit bonus umbrella....

Their terms are extremely vague .. they can basically apply this term whenever they wish .. on whichever bonus you receive.

Yeah that seems to be the problem here. Did they confirm that they classified it as an Instant Bonus?

Nate

They claimed it as a bonus that was given with support/live chat.

If you check the pic. They implied that the email offers you receive, the promotional terms don't apply to it .. however they have always applied to their email offers.

FTR it was clear to me that in doing so you fell under the clause quoted by Nate above:
INSTANT BONUSES
Any bonus that is cash or bonus received from the casino, for example via Customer Support, is classified as an instant bonus. We reserve the right to limit any winnings from an instant bonus to 10 times the value of that instant bonus. For example, if you receive a $100 instant bonus, a maximum of $1000 is eligible for withdrawal if we choose to enact this clause. (Point 8 under promo terms).

And since there was no evidence to show that the Support people had at any time waived or contradicted that rule the decision was pretty straightforward: Terms apply and the cap on winnings was legitimate.

I can see your bet sizes so you are not a newbie. You should know you need some evidences (screenshots or something). So in this case you have nothing you can show that casino has promised something what is over the rules so if casino rules say maximum withdrawal is 10x bonus amount then it is it.

Yes okay , I dont have the call made by the vip head manager, however I have an email from gday that states that whatever I was told via chat or via the call , the terms superseded that communication.

And why would they claim that I manipulated a vip chat rep to giving me a bigger bonus ?

I would post more pictures here but they come up all washed out.

Geez you have some talent to chose the worst places to lose your money.

First Osirirs - Book of Dead - 5000x - 100k€ Win , now Gday.

Read the terms and get any changes in writing before starting to play. Simple to do and on top, gives you evidence in case things turn sour. Now you can run high and low to get more than the 5K they have to pay you according to the terms.

You are not a newbie and should know that all WhiteHat Gaming casinos have limits on bonus conversion and withdrawals/week.

Why on earth you do not play at some reputable place where you do not have withdrawal limits or limits on bonus conversions is really baffling. I get the feeling you are purposely looking for trouble.

Play at places like Guts, Rizk and few others, which would pay you the 70K in a matter of hours and not over months or years. Contact their VIP department and I can assure you that you will get some awesome deals for bonuses and cashback. But at the end of the day, your choice. If you like trouble, then keep playing at places like Osiris and Gday.

Sorry but no more sympathy from me as you are a repeat "offender" of not doing your due diligence, especially when you go to crazy bets like $100 on Reactoonz, and that in view of their low weekly withdrawal limits. Basically, an average bonus round and you maxed out the weekly withdrawal limit. Insane to play at such places.

Yeah it's not a good year for me. The two largest wins of my life .... gone.

Regarding their 10x limit ... I have been paid over their 10x rule before, 25x, 12x, 40x ... but the amounts were under 5k ... obviously this did not bother them... so they always paid.

.

It seems like they have different terms for different countries.
There is nothing in their terms that states max withdrawals per week.

They are not allowed to have withdrawal limits in the UK due to the regulation but anywhere else it is up to them. I didn't read their terms in the last few months but previously all WHG casinos had withdrawal limits, bonus conversion limits and other restrictive terms that would lead me personally to never play there, let alone take a bonus.

Why are you OP sending some private messages? Sorry but I don't care about your situation. Just said my opinion. Truth is you don't have any evidences I guess. If you have please post them right now.

@anddi32 sorry. I can post any pictures as they doesnt work hence the pm.

From the feedback I have received I now have some sort of confirmation.

Thanks for your help everyone and max on the pab.

FWIW, having read previous posts (other instances not this one) over the month's and been a very active player at G' Day back in the day, INSTANT bonuses are freebies, good wills, call them what you like.

"Hello How can I help today"

"Hi, sick of busting out and been loyal, any good will going please"

"let me check please..."

"I've added £20 good luck"

"thank you"

That sort of bonus, in this example, £200 max cash out

NOT related to deposit related bonuses, whether activated in the cashier or added manually by support!

Yeah this is what I considered an instant bonus.

This is what the said regarding my win.

“This term is enforced at the discretion of the casino and was used here in extraordinary circumstances because you are a serial bonus abuser and manipulated a junior member of our staff into giving you a larger bonus.”

To be fair Osiris are a scam casino and properly-licensed Gday aren't. But I do agree that with those kind of stakes you need to set up some sort of agreement along the lines of VIP with SoW pre-submitted to ensure firstly you have no hassle withdrawing and secondly the casino will give you the appropriate higher w/d limits. To that end, you'd be well advised to use casinos that are better funded, geared more towards high rollers.

I think in this case that it was classed as an 'instant' bonus as it was individually sanctioned by CS and was in excess of the 50 in your match offer. 15k may turn out to be a reasonable offer in those circumstances.

To the OP - you mentioned PAB above here somewhere, just to confirm have you started an official PAB via Max here? I ask because it's not usual we see concurrent PABs here for the same issue you have already sent to arbitration via another service. i.e. AG's, plus you are still posting about it.

Sure, Gday is not rogue but neither a good place to play, IMHO. I wouldn't give them a dime of my money.

- pending periods on withdrawals
- restrictive bonus terms
- limits on bonus conversion
- weekly withdrawal limits
.... list not complete.

Having said that, I just can't fathom that the OP, who is obviously quite a high-roller, does not agree with a casino on a VIP deal before opening an account and depositing. I am quite a bit below his level, yet I have done that with all my regular accounts and never had an issue. The amount of goodies I would have missed out on without the deals is actually quite staggering.

The problem is they are white hat gaming. They are very strict and do not bend ever. If they think they are right, there is no discussion with them. There minds cant be changed. And even trying to get a response out of them when there is an issue is hard enough.

Lots of casinos fear being slammed on forums such as this or thepogg, white hat does not care. WHG is very vague because there are alot of casinos under them with different owners but I feel like its a company wide policy to be incredibly strict.

man. one of those bets could be used as 3-4 deposits, and with decent bonus i could play for days with it :p

seriously now, hope you somehow manage to resolve it but seriously if you play $100 bets why on earth would you play at a place with $5k weekly cashout? Even worse, why would you take $500 bonus there, because after you complete it max you could cashout, per week would be 5x your starting balance ($500+$500) ?

i really hope you do get your money but you seriously should think about doing some research about casinos you plan to highroll at.

To be fair nearly all casinos have 2 or 3 out of those four items in your list, especially UK-facing ones due to the new nature of UK 'second chance' bonuses. Playing 100.00 spins with a 50x bet cash-out limit is crazy though.
