Something very strange has just happened to me. I just opened an account with

and deposited 250 to avail of their sign-up offer. When I tried to submit my details to get the bonus its telling me my account number is wrong, that all GC account numbers begin with tgc whereas mine begins with tgu. I can login to the casino and bet with the money, however when I ring cutomer service etc. They cannot find my account to help me, and they simply say that the account is not with them as it does not begin with tgc. Can anyone help, or know whats going on and how to sort it out?

How about your name and email address? Weren't they smart enough to find you that way?

were you playing at their 'flash' casino or the download? I'd get them to refer this to their technical team ASAP - rather than their normal customer service - sounds like a nasty back-end issue

It was the downloaded casino, and I finally managed to get through to one of the CS people that it was a problem at their end and they are talking to their tech people now, due to call back tomorrow.

Well I got through to Bellerock gaming yesterday, and they seem to have sorted everything, fair juice to them for not running off with my money :)
