this is non casino related and doesnt affect me, but anyone playing at their casino(s) should be aware of it.
basically their sportsbook division is not paying out winning bets on the US grand prix.
the exact details i found were on another website
"One firm on the bestbetting website have disgracefully voided a 25 winning bet on the grand prix, Monteiro podium @ 250-1
Claiming only a 6 runner race, when their rules clearly state that "The warm up lap counts as part of the race"
They also said it was palpable, never minding the fact that they have been Monteiro Podium 250-1 for every race this season and probably will be next race.
I spoke to their Sportsbook Manager who stated that they weren't regulated by IBAS, so when I asked him whether they could make their own rules up he answered "Yes we can"
Prizes for guessing firm - they're not based in UK, but are always on bestbetting.com "
they are the only sportsbook (that i know of so far to do this), without getting into a forum argument about the rights/wrongs of yesterdays farce in the US, the rules of their own site clearly state that the all the bets stand as all the cars took part in the parade lap.
as i have told belle-rock assistant on here before, that the integrity and service of another part of your group will reflect on your other divisions.
if you are going to distance yourself from the actions of your sportsbook, then maybe you should rename the sportsbook, and stop sending out promotional emails encouraging your casino clients to join it.
