Question Please,

Say if you are playing on a site and you have been hammering away on one particular slot for a few months. Then out of nowhere the site makes the slot unavailable, along with all the slots from that provider and when asking, you get the clear cookies dribble.

I'm thinking there is not much you can complain about or do in that matter?

If you were up on that slot, right fck it, you don't care but on the other end of the scale it seems a bit on fair if your Rtp is hovering at the 62% mark.

Just wondering as it seems strange that a site would do that. Any insight is appreciated.

Thank you

Little reason in relying on Chat for any meaningful answer, they couldn't tell you what day it is without a script. Chances are they don't know why the games are up, or they're catching up on all the Socials on their phones.

Also far easier then to simply geo- block any given slot than to remove it from the main page, if the site operates in various jurisdictions? Or as has been mentioned, they may well be under some form of technical revision 'maintenance', so best bet is to wait that little while longer. You just never know with these punks 👐
Perhaps contract with provider has been terminated and therefore games removed. Also providers remove individual titles from their portfolio. It can be many things.

Thank you, Jan.

I understand that but in this scenario, When I ask Support they say clear cookies and there should be no problem.

Though, I have given up on asking support because they always say everything is fine.

Yet the Games of the provider are still accessible, just when the loading of the game finishes, it say's game unavailable. Also the provider is IGT.

On another note, I joined this site because of Novomatic, the catalogue of games are all there and when loaded, I get the message Games not available in your Country.

When asking support about this, I get the same response, (Everything is fine and you should be able to play the game) Try clearing cookies. Yet, 4 months later still the same.

Like if the games are still up on the site and accessible to a point but not playable, it can be the case that they are in the process of removing them? or like you say time is up on the contract but after so many weeks or months then the problem is just on their end?

Thanks, goatwack

Yeah it is a Geo Blocked site, Novibet to be precise. Did not realise this when signing up :/

I just find it odd, if I have been plugging away on one particular slot for a few months with shit returns of 62%Rtp, then out of the blue they make all slots from that provider unavailable to me.

Thanks though for your input, Makes alot of sense.

Checked today and the 3 main slots that I had played for a few months are accessible now again. Although every other slot from that provider is not.
Still find that odd, even more so now.

But who am I, too question the Casino Gods!
