I do not know if I have posted in the right forum but here is my question:
Does anyone know what software provider Gambling Federation uses for their casinos. An example of one of their sites is www.biglootcasino.com but I downloaded the casino and I went to their site and I cannot find out what software is used. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to try them out but I want to investigate more before I put any money in.

Thanks

Be VERY careful at any GF casinos. There are quite a few people here who don't think the blackjack or video poker play fairly (including me!)

iCrystal. GF probably owns it by now but they play their cards pretty close to their chest - not active communicators..

My records showed their BJ and VP, are very likely to be rigged.
On the positive side, they always pay in 5 days or so. If slots is the only game you play, then these places are okay.

Except that they made the slots so tight that you probably will lose your bankroll before you make anything. Its too bad because I used to love their slots a couple of years ago, but since then they have tightened them up so much that they are just no fun now.

My last 900 or so hands playing Gambling Federation blackjack resulted in a loss of around 200 units, which equates to something in the range of five standard deviations - approximately a 1 in 200,000 event.

That's getting close to Casino Bar territory in terms of inprobability.

Doesn't surprise me one bit. Seems to me my last session was far worse.

I have not played at these casinos so I cannot comment whether their BJ and VP are rigged or not. As a matter of principle you should not play at a casino that has rigged games, even if you are only playing the fair games, unless you are aiming to bonushunt them out of existence. Don't support casinos that have ripped off fellow players. There are plenty of decent casinos around.

Hi Caruso
It could be the Friday nite beers after bowling but I think a negative 5 standard deviations is a 1 in 3,483,046 event. (Just type "=1/NORMSDIST(-5)" in an Excel cell.)
And I think you are certainly above that if you ACTUALLY lost 200 units in EXACTLY 900 hands. I don't know the exact rules there, since I much prefer the ATM of Micro single-deck and have never played at GF, but, assuming a standard deviation of 1.16 and a HA of 0.75%, it would be a 1 in 65,501,138 event.
Events this rare, even over only 900 hands, are deserving of an actual test, I would think.
I'd like to hear more detail on hhcfreebie's results, too. Maybe he can also double-check my math for me.
If you have logs, they might be worth further analysis.
Anyway, until I hear something to the contrary, and probably not even then, you & freebie have convinced me.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.
Are you still using the same email? If that's the case I'll email my records. I only have units lost/wagered recorded though.
For those who have read my earlier posts in WOL, I actually thought their offer a fair games an year ago. Back then they have 10-30% bonus deals with only 20xbonus WR and I truely enjoyed it. All of a sudden my luck just turned south and some very rare events happened. I never bother to go back ever since.
I think slots are all programmed to a certain payout. Most slot player can care less the fairness of their games. If they rig their VP and BJ as slots, there is no difference for slots players anyway and they will get paid in a timely manner when they win from GF. IMHO, GF is still better than the casinos that do not pay.
Basically, my preference is like this:
good casino (fair and pay fast such as Inetbet)
fair but slow pay casino (such as CON)
fair but take-many-emails-to-get paid casino,
rigged software casino that pay fast.
casino that do not pay!
Pick your poison, Just my 2 cents.

Address still the same. But, like I say, if you don't like your results, I don't either. I've never played there. If they are anything like Caruso's, I never will. What is the HA there anyway?

My result is not as bad as caruso's. The payout of my last few sessions were consistantly at 90% and that's what triggered my alarm. It really feels like slots, if I must say.
I think they use 8 decks, split after double allowed, spit up to 2 hands and double on any 2 cards. The house edge based on these rules is 0.49%.
