Gala casino verification

Hey,
I've recently made a gala account, and after depositing I had to send verification documents,
So I did thursday last week and they told me it'd take up to 2-3 days, So thursday I came back and they told me it'd be done before wednesday.
Yesterday morning I checked again, and still nothing, I contacted gala in the chat, and they told me it'd be done before the end of the work day.
But obviously it wasn't, so I contacted them AGAIN this morning, and they told me they're working on it and couldn't give a time frame.
It shouldn't be that hard to just verify some documents right?
Does anyone know how long it usually takes? Should I try calling them or something?

Ye that's what I thought,
But the support says they don't have any influence and 'are chasing' the verification team,
Oh and I'm pretty sure I'm clean btw =p

I'd say its either the verification team are incompetent/slow learners, or theres a problem with your ID.

I really don't see why it should take this long either way.

Well if it was something with my ID they should tell me right?
I'm pretty sure the ID is legit as I had to send the same at poker770 two weeks ago.
Received a pm from another member on this forum with the same problem, I guess they are just slow..

It's seems that they are having some problems...I send p.m. to rep and no response...My account is frozen for almost 2 weeks, I send my verification documents more then a week ago, there is no response from them... I don't know why they need one week to validate account. Live support dont know anything, they keep saying that they are very busy...bla bla...and they can not give any time frame. It's quite frustrating bucause I have a pending withdrawal and can't be proceed until they validate my account.

Gala response times can be terrible. As long as you are clean it will get approved eventually and they probably won't tell you when they've done it.

They are slow, in fact that slow my account got locked because they was waiting for themselfs to verify my documents.
They did get done after 3 days but still, to lock my account as they was waiting for themselfs was a bit daft.
