Gala Casino confiscates my winnings and changes the bonus rules.

I deposited 100£ through casinochoice.co.uk for a 400£ bonus, then I payed 75£ a spin and won 2400£, which was then confiscated with only 100 left in my account. They then changed their terms from:

Players cannot bet more than 20% of the bonus amount in a single bet or game round on any of the casino games for the duration of the bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.

to:

Players cannot bet more than 20% of the bonus amount, nor more than £20 in total in a single bet or game round on any of the casino games for the duration of the bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided.

Do you think that's normal and they will never pay me?

I now check Gala casino bonus terms and I don't see any mention of 20 being a maximum bet allowed. It only says:

"Players cannot bet more than 20% of the bonus amount in a single bet or game round on any of the casino games for the duration of the bonus, otherwise the bonus and all associated winnings may be voided."

you never said what games you played on , but its quite unusual for players to only deposit a £100 take a bonus then play £75 a spin

No casino will allow 75£ bets with a bonus in play. In fact, if it is £20 it's quite generous as many won't allow more than £6 on slots. Always read the terms before play. You won't be paid, if you're lucky they may restore your deposit and allow you another go within the rules.

To be honest, even the 20% max bet is generous from Gala casino.

While betting £75 on a £400 balance is a clear bonus abuse in my book,
to be fair, can you please find the terms attached to your specific promotion?

You registered via affiliate site, and took a non standard deposit bonus.
According to Gala terms there are specific terms and condition attached to
bonuses. Which, I suppose, must have been sent to you in an email.

If you can be 100% certain that those terms referred to the SPECIFIC bonus you were using and be 100% sure they changed AFTER you claimed/received the bonus, then you would have a very good case.

However, I think it's unlikely they did change - more likely you looked at 2 lots terms for 2 different bonuses.

e.g. I found the term with the £20 limit here (a special affiliate promo, which you took):

Different bonuses - different terms. Not unusual, or anything wrong with that.
