Gala Casino bonus removed

Hi,

I today deposited £250 into gala and won up to £400 on slots. I then see they have removed all my winnings as they claim an old bonus expired on my account today and all the winnings expired with it.

I won the £150 fair and square through wagering my £250 deposit, there were no bonus funds.

Can someone help here? Or is this a lost cause?

No need for a PM actually as the team are already looking into this one for you. It appears to be a system error with a bonus from the 2nd of January not closing off correctly. We will of course honor your winnings and refund these monies to your account today. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Its actually the first time we've seen this particular type of issue and our IT team are investigating to ensure no other players are affected in future.
