Club World, Manhattan Slots, Club SA, Aladdins Gold, All Star Slots, BuzzLuck, Lucky Red and High Noon. This is a dangerous group to play with. I registered accounts in Lucky Red and Club World. All processes of account verification went through without any problem. I played. Lost many dollars, so i decided to withdraw some money. They asked me for many documents. I sent them all. I waited many days. No notices about withdrawals. Asked to online support. They told me I had to email financial department. I did that many times. No response. I emailed support and support manager many times... One day when trying to log into my accounts they were blocked. Then again, online support, emails.... They aswered that due to "security risk" my accounts were blocked. I asked them about "security risk" and there were no answer. I sent many emails. I think they blocked my email too. I requested USD 215 from Club World and USD 23 from Lucky Red. I´ve been waiting for a month. No notices. I think I´ll never get my money back. There's a lot of people who play and get paid from that group here. Your probably not gonna get a lot of sympathy unless the people on this forum feel like they get the whole picture

I do not think this group is risky. They only treat people in very different ways, as you can read about in this forum.

We all fell into this trap and many were paid without hassles for much higher amounts than yours. One thing I dont like about them is the confusion about verified documents but the bottom line is they do pay after everything is cleared up.

There's a significance as to why these type posts are made in some cases, not always. :thumbsup:

Unless the OP tells the forum the whole story and then CWG comes in a tells their whole story, we won't know anything.

I have to base my opinion on my past history with these casinos. So to me, something doesn't smell right. I have been playing at these casinos for years and never once have I had a problem.

If this OP has a problem with CWG, then he/she needs to PAB and let Maxd sort it out.

They are a very trusted group, among just a handful of casinos I play at. Have never had any major issues with them, and the minor issues have all been resolved swiftly and perfectly.

Contact the group representative here on the boards - they go above and BEYOND expectations in order to resolve these things.

Sorry, but I am not searching for sympathy. If you think that group is respectable, I have no matter with it. I only wanted to share my bad experience with this group. Perhaps they have different ways to deal with some countries. Best Regards.

To the OP - throwing accusations at a reputable casino group and then inviting the rep to argue it out with you on the forum is NOT the way to prove yourself. If you seriously think you're in the right, then please do a PAB and let Max get to the bottom of it.

As you may have gathered by now that's not typically how things work, certainly not with CWC. They will respond here on the forums when someone needs direct advice, etc, but slogging issues out on the forums is generally not their MO. Nor should it be. They are an Accredited casino for a reason and that means there is a process in place to handle player issues.

Hi by the way, I'm Max, I manage the Pitch-A-Bitch (aka PAB) stuff here at Casinomeister. I suggest you do as some of your fellow forum members have suggested: read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and proceed as instructed there.

If you choose not to do this before you post further here then you'll be on your own, not to mention needing to address the obvious question of "why not?".
