I was trying out their casino.

The problem is that their system has 3 bonuses on 3 different categories, and you should start from the first category.

I tried to do this by depositing 50€. Which i thought would give the maximum bonus on the first category. However the system gave me the second category bonus instead. I said yes to the bonus because live chat CS was not available at the time.

Their customer support was being very rude and told me to ask any englishman what from 10€ to 50€ means. He said clearly 49.99€ is the biggest number if its written from 10€ to 50€.

From € 10 to € 50 100% 25%
From € 50 to € 100 150% 25%
From € 100 and above 200% 25%

This is the way the promo is written. Yet they said that ive done wrong when i have deposited 50€, because it gave me the 150% bonus (2nd category).

So im asking what does deposit from 10€ to 50€ mean? Does it mean that 50€ is the max deposit or 49.99€. My second language is english and i understand that it means 50€ would be the max deposit for the first category.

Anyhow i tried to be a good customer and deposited 45€ as my second deposit so i would have claimed a bonus from the first category too so i could move to the biggest bonus category of 200% bonus on deposit over 100€.

System offered me 25% not 100% on this second deposit. I declined this. Went to live chat and support said that they cannot credit me the 100% bonus anymore, and that i should start again next month to get all the 3bonuses. The support said that they cannot credit me the bonus manually because they are not allowed to credit more then the system offers.

Then they said that its my fault i didnt start from the first sequence. Yet i tried to follow their rules.

I dont want to post the full chat history here, but the support person dennis was very rude and said its my fault i didnt start from the first category.

Should i have been given the bonus from the first category on 50€ deposit?

1. Which one is it is ? 49.99€ or 50€?

2. Why are they being rude?

3. Why am i writing this? Im pretty pissed at how im being treated here. I was trying to be honest player and follow the casino rules. Anyhow englishmen out there please comment if im right that from 10€ to 50€ means . Maybe its my english.

Anyhow all this hour of chatting just made me angry and a customer whose business they dont want. Sorry if im being repetitive on this post.

What a load of bollocks. Most players naturally deposit round sums unless they are from the US and need to disguise the transaction. In terms of English, it is THEY who don't understand the language. I will translate.

Bullshit:-

From € 10 to € 50 100% 25%
From € 50 to € 100 150% 25%
From € 100 and above 200% 25%
English:-

From € 10 to € 49.99 100% 25%
From € 50 to € 99.99 150% 25%
From € 100 and above 200% 25%

Rather than starting from the first category next month, start from a different casino.

You've been around a long time kavaman.

You should know better than to play at dodgy casinos. One look at the slots would have been enough for me.

It's tough to have any sympathy for you.

The bonus terms are written amateurishly at best. That itself should be a deterrent from depositing especially if the amount is $50. I dont blame Kavaman for making the 1st deposit since he only wanted to try the casino out but to make a second deposit.... well.

This is far more damning than badly written terms. They would want your documents if you were to cash out, and this means giving a company prepared to use counterfeit games enough information to rob you blind if they so chose.

You guys are absolutely right, i will start on some other casino next , not here again. Yes i have been round for a long time, but i hadnt seen those games anywhere before. I did some digging after i heard from you guys and found out there are similarities if not just rip offs. For example the book of ra slot is the same slot then with novomatic.

However the reason i chose the casino to try out was the fact that they also offer microgaming games . I hadnt seen the games like book of ra before so i didnt know they were rip offs.

Another set of rip-offs I expect. Is Thor still wearing his helmet?

I could not find the Microgaming ones the op is referring to but sheesh they have a good selection of Playtech rip offs.

Tennis Game - Blatant rip off of Playtechs Tennis Stars

Gladiators - :what: Speaks for itself

The Money Game - Mr Cash Back

Crazy Doctor - Doctor Love (think its called) there is probably more but that was enough for me.

They do have games I have ever seen before bt could simply be rip offs of software I have never played.
