Has anyone else here wont at a futurebet casino, and then had trouble cashing out..i.e..account set as inactive or nonpayment?..that is what im getting

Futurebet has such a bad reputation that it is banned from the casinoaffiliateprograms site. It takes a lot to get banned at that forum, and Futurebet is almost a dirty word there.

Have some probs with them too

So, here's my first post. I have requested a NETeller cashout almost 2 weeks ago and I'm being told from casino support that I will be paid "soon", they cannot give me a time frame when this will be. On the website they write that NETeller cashouts are processed 24-48 hours, hahaha.

Which casino are you referring to? I have a direct line of communication with Futurebet's CEO - and I'm noticing a number of FB casinos in the Pitch a Bitch mail box.

It's sportsbookUSA.com. Now almost 4 weeks passed by, at least once a week I contacted player support via live chat and every time they say that there are problems with NETeller withdrawals and it takes at least another week or so. As they said this problem is known since a few month now, I said they should at least state this on their website, but nothing. I'm going to have another chatting session today, I'll then post the result.

how is your investigation concerning this issue going on? Have you been able to contact Futurebet's CEO? Please let me know what I should do next, PAB etc.

It's a site for affiliates. It does expose those that do not pay affiliates, and pretty much usually that's the same ones who don't pay players either.

There is no list though....

Hello All,

Just wondering if there has been any updates on Futurebet casino's not paying. I PAB 3 weeks ago about a long overdue payment from Shogun Casino (whose website seems to be non existent now) and was wondering if there were any responses from the software provider about this.

I'll be tackling this situation this week. If you're owed money from any of these casinos, don't get your hopes up.

They give me the runaround:

Rita : i completely understand your frustration. We are palyer support third party compnay doing support for sites. we need to get the confirmation from the site for payouts. There is a slight delay going on with payments.

Rita : We assure you on payments. But not able to give you a date as of today.

It's only two weeks....so I'll give them another week to pitch a bitch.....

I'm in direct contact with Futurebet's CEO who is adamant on getting anyone who is overly due a payment paid. If you have an issue that needs to be addressed, please PAB.

How many PABs? Only a couple from Spycasino and they have been paid.
