Hello Everybody! Has anyone else had problems getting their withdrawals from Spin Casino? They are holding a $200.00 withdrawal of mine, saying that my account hasn't been verified-But it has-I have uploaded these documents twice now-and all I'm getting from them is excuses and cookie cutter answers- eg. Your documents were blurry AND we don't take bills as proof of address!? I also sent my driver's license-which was not blurry at all! I previewed these docs before I sent them! Most of all-I had been receiving all my withdrawals from them as late as the beginning of last week! I have successfully had many withdrawals prior to this fiasco! They hit me out of nowhere! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Please see the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures, item 2.3 for details.

At this point you can choose to proceed here and thereby cancel your PAB, or you can agree to stop posting here and we'll continue work with the PAB. Your call but please let us know ASAP.

Glad to hear it. Just to be perfectly clear: this is your second PAB and as such I see no good reason why you should not have known the PAB rules against posting when you have an active PAB on the same issue. We'll let it pass this time but if it happens again there will be consequences.

PAB team must be busy this year, I get the same 'issues' related to documents, too blurry, not all corners showing, we dont accept scans, your uploaded id has now expired (but im still me?) we wont accept CC statements (the only postal bill I still get now)

Don't lash out at the team if you already took it up with them, man. Trust in the process, but also remember to think before you make moves with your PAB.
