Got a $25 chip from a CM Accredited casino 8.2 rating, that I haven't played at for awhile................"weclome back, we miss you"

Got through the wagering and was at the max cashout of 5 x or $125.........not a lot of money, but heh....I was happy.

Then I knew I would need to reverify my identify since it had been awhile.

But what I wasn't prepare for was " you haven't deposited here in 2 months, so no cashout until you deposit at least $26". What the heck?

Try and win me back and then I have to deposit to collect from the welcome back chip?

No thanks. I will just stick with my friends at 3Dice.......never any grief there when I win.

They don't win you back, but you will make a deposit and take the 125, right? It's your money now, take them home with you. Isn't that what they said, that you can make a deposit and then immediately make a withdrawal of your deposit + 125? Or I misunderstood and they wont let you have the 125 even if you deposit now?.

Was a new withdrawal method used? That's the only way that makes any sense, say if you you requested a withdrawal to an ewallet you hadn't deposited with before.

I've won off a welcome chip before where I needed to make a deposit, but I've never been asked for a deposit for a return free chip.

    I am not filing a PAB.......I wouldn't waste Max's time over this.

    The casino was Inetbet.

Like I said I understood the need to reverify my documents since it had been awhile since I had cashed out from there. But the requirement that I had to deposit in order to w/d was a shock.

"You have not deposited in the last 2 months" -- yup, that was right. I had played there in past, had deposited many times (so its not like I was just a bonus abuser.....) I spoke with a2 different chat operators and sent an email to support. I got the same answer each time. Then they had the audacity to send me an email to "remind me that I had a playable balance left in my account". Yeah, it was a playable balance, but it was NOT a withdrawable balance.

Irritated me. No more play for me at Inetbet.

You are correct.............I could get the $125, but only if I made another deposit.

I didn't bother to ask, but I assumed, that I would have to play that additional deposit through at least once before I could cash out.

It didn't matter to me. I was upset and I would walk away from the money won ($125) before I would make the demanded deposit.

Seemed wrong and predatory to me. Not my type of place.

I would love to hear that you make an exception for her. Especially since I've never in my years here have heard that you ever made that.
No matter how small amount or how tiny issue or reason for anyone who had broken a rule, you've never backed down.

These days I'm just pleased that you don't hide your rules in different places like you used to

Please Diane, let us know the outcome if you bother to talk to them a fourth time.

I have just sent a pm to the rep. Will let you know the response that I receive. You are correct this will be my 4th attempt to get someone from their site to see the foolishness of this deposit to get paid requirement.

They said that the rules for the chip would have been sent too in the email.
I doubt very much they will back down, but maybe they have become humans after all. Good luck

My offer of the free chip actually came via email. It inlcuded the wagering requirements and the max cashout information, so no surprises there.

It was just the requirement of "no deposit from you in last 2 months" means you have to deposit to w/d that stunned me. There was nothing in the email that stated a future deposit would be required in order to cash out winnings from the free chip.

    Hmmm

I see this as a "Biting your nose to spite your face" scenario.

You have won $125 from a zero depsoit and they have said you have to deposit $26 to withdraw (You are presuming you will have to wager this through at least once, I dont know as I have never played there)

You say you have depsoited and withdrawn in the past so no need to suspect you wont get paid now so I realy dont see the issue. OK, bit of a pain but if it was me, deposit, withdraw then take the family out for a nice meal on them.

Sorry to hear about your hassles Diane.

Given the history of this out fit to:

    1. Request documents regularly for withdrawals

    2. Offer Service and friendliness on a level of 1 out of 10

I am surprised that some players still play there. Vote with your wallet Diane, it is complete and utter crap that they try to pull this one on you. I quite honestly have no respect for them or their stunts.

Sorry maybe its just me but they have always made it clear in their terms that all free bonuses including birthday bonuses must have had a deposit within a certain period of time before you can withdraw from them.

Only bonus not included in that is the free sign up bonus.

Anyone thats used them should have read their terms so should be fully aware of it.

As its free money and you have withdrawn from them before why not just make the small deposit and withdraw your winnings then.

That's not correct. If you get a birthday bonus then you are free to cash out even if you haven't made a deposit in a long time :)
What is placed in the account by them doesn't require a deposit, but I think all codes that are used needs to follow normal T&C's.

Still think it's really bad to send something like that out and then tell people to deposit to get the money.
But it's still better than what I'm used to. Normally they actually just refuse to pay and tell people they haven't followed the rules.
