Frustrated with Wintingo!

I wonder if Wintingo even cares about beeing accredited here, the thread has been up for some days now. And yet, they havnt made any response.
 
... they have to have an active rep to stay accredited don't they?

Just want to add that in recent cases the casino nor the rep ever responds to PAB issues. They may settle with the PABer but they do not respond to me no matter how often I try. :mad:
 
Can't really add much here:

I had one serious issue with them, which wouldn't have been much of an issue at all except they chose not to respond to me for several months about it so....

I've had other incidents with them, which although weren't serious (and sometimes funny), did raise an eyebrow:

1) On one occasion, the CS rep told me to contact them later because she was feeling sleepy and wanted to go to bed, lol.

2) My welcome bonus was never given: I believe I received part of it later after contacting CS, but not the proper amount.

3) Took them nearly 3 weeks to process last withdrawal (which wasnt my first one).
