I took up an offer with FrontRoom Casino www.frontroomcasino.com over Christmas that offered a 100 bonus to 'any player' that made a 100 deposit and played it through 10 times. I took up this offer and actually played my deposit through 18 times and met all the listed T&C

I am still waiting for my Bonus and they have ceased responding to emails. I have now threatened to take them to the small claims court. (Although im not sure if they have any presence in the UK)

Luckily I ended up even after playing, but dont bother playing this Casino if you hope to get a bonus (Or any customer service)

I lost a lot of money playing for that bonus. See the Liquid Casino thread (same group) and CM's subsequent roguing of Chartwell (Frontroom and Liquid's software provider).

As that thread is headed 'Liquid Casinos' some might play Frontroom without realising it is listed here.

Complaint also logged with the OSGA.

I too found the variance in play unexpectedly high and nearly went down to zero at one point before winning it back.

FrontRoomCasino - Now Resolved.

Well apparently my online complaints including a complaint to the offshore gaming board, and a threat to take legal action eventually did the job.

Today I received the following:

"Thank you for contacting us regarding the X-mas bonus.

First I would like to apologize for the delay in responding. Due to some technical issues, we are having a delay in responding the emails.

You have deposited 100 GBP and are entitled to a bonus, normally bound by conditions, but because of OUR delay we will make this bonus available for withdrawal without any requirements. Furthermore, I have made another 50 GBP deposit into your account as an apology for this mistake. This 50 GBP is not a bonus, you can do whatever you desire with these funds, withdraw, play, etc.. It is a gesture made by us to apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and any other players.

Just to make things clear, this means you can play with the bonus or withdraw it whenever you want without any further requirements. "

You are lucky. They gave me the 100GBP bonus and 50GBP extra today, but the 100GBP is a playable (non-withdrawable) bonus.

I wonder why the double standard.
