Ouch! Ladbrokes are usually quite good at honouring bonus wins I find. Their live chat is usually really quick (even at weekends), so I hope you sort it!

On another note, Will Hill are issuing promotions left right and centre, but support wise they seem to have gone completely downhill - no replies to 3 emails this week and over 40 minutes in the last 2 days wasted trying to get through to live chat to claim bonuses and FS's I've earned - jumping from 1st in the queue to 11th etc etc! I'm wondering if they've outsourced their support this week - a week ago it was spot on even at 2am! Agreed Brianmon, changed my mind in regard to Aspers casino, not quite a good casino, just legit perhaps.
Did deposit £20 using their 100% bonus, got to £65 and bust out quick. Was given 100 freespins on "Planet of the apes" for 5 days, which is 20 per day. I'm bonus banned from Caddell sites, L&L Europe sites and ProgressPlay site, for taking too many bonuses, which were freely available, although they were deposit bonuses, rather than freebies.

Had I lost every deposit, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have bothered. But I cashed out too often from those bonuses.

In fact, the last bonus I took at a Caddell site, was apparently an exclusive bonus, just for me, sent to me by email, the day after a decent cash out from the bonus before.
So it was obviously intended to claw back some of my winnings, by trapping my deposit with the wagering. But I got through the wagering and made another withdrawal. Which upset them so much, they didn't just bonus ban me, they closed all my accounts within their group
