Sorry for silly question. But is it correct that you both have to pay for buyin (that if its not a freeroll) but then have to have a real money balance and then pay for each spin as well?? Or does it work as with Microgaming pay for buyin and you get the spins to play with as playmoney?

Dan, I haven't yet made a deposit, but I did just join.

Elin in support could not have been more helpful. I must say I greatly appreciate being given a heads up that as a Canadian I cannot withdraw back to my credit card prior to me making a deposit. Bank wire fees get a little pricy on smaller withdrawals. At $15 charged by my bank, that's quite a chunk out of a withdrawal of a hundred or two. It might have cost you a deposit tonight, but it was muchly appreciated, and you will have a happier customer with more faith the casino wants me to know and enjoy my time.

Ahh yeah nice one mate i found out how it all works now had fun last night as Dan was very kind credited me extra tickets because of many deposits in past without any withdrawals. I actually on €11 battle won the Gonzo Quest one yesterday which came to around €68 euros first prize. Very nice so big thanks. BUT i decided to carry on playing with my cash lol. It actually went very good got up to £158 and close to withdraw but got bit greedy and a slot slowly ate my balance

I've tried it ten times now and I just give up. I'm not doing anything wrong that much I know.
If something makes me feel bad then I don't want anything to do with it.
