So it would be seem as if Free Spin Casino, once recommended by Vilentino (I think how it was spelled) has now introduced some rather restrictive terms and conditions.

It would seem as if the day of being able to cashout $350.00 off of a freebie has come to end, it's now dwindled down to $100.

If you take a bonus be it there 200% welcome bonus or there measly 25% mid week and weekend match bonus. Your only allowed to cashout 10x (bonus plus deposit).

I went into live chat saying you got to be kidding, on a 25% match your going to restrict my cashout?

They told me yes sir.

While I realize bonuses have always been optional, I have always liked Free Spins bonus offers a wee bit better than anywhere else? Why because they actually seemed beatable, the wagering was always 30 times just the bonus.

Oh well, I suppose if I wish to play there any longer I"ll have to not take a bonus. Mainly because if I hit big, oh lets say my standard 25.00 deposit. That means on there match bonus I would only be allowed to cashout $312.50.

Just a heads up for anyone who hasn't been reading the t and c's lately there.

worse than that

Actually, it's worse, the max cashout is 10x deposit only, so the most you would be able to withdraw is $250. I think the 10x max cashout rule is horribly unfair as many wins in slots are of the larger variety. I guess they'll be keeping almost all of random jackpots with this rule unless a player deposits 200 or more (when playing with bonus). Add to this a rather large 30x rollover. I just can't believe this rule is good for their business.

Players will only be able to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a match bonus. Surplus winning credits will then be forfeited.

bonuses

my experience is the 10X max payout on your deposit amount minus the bonus amount minus the fee for withdraw. example $25 deposit +09 $50 bonus - 250 max payout -$50 (bonus) - $9 (fee)=$190 payout max

No point playing their bonuses then, still they will have players who don't see the reality of this and carry on thinking the bonuses are a good deal.

In this setup, your odds are better NOT taking a bonus, even though a bonus gives you more chances to make a winning bet. ALL your decent wins will end up getting confiscated, leaving you with 100% of the losing streaks, but never really being able to win your money back with a rare but decent hit.

They may start punishing players for NOT taking a bonus as such players will get to keep 100% of their big wins, but only have around 25% less bankroll to play with for the weekly offers, and none of the restrictions that would lead to an early decent hit being ground away through having to meet WR.

They are even POSTING their advertising to UK players, and there is no mention of such restrictions.

robbery

I know players have the option of using bonuses or not, but IMHO this kind of rule is like robbery. You are absolutely correct, the player would have a much worse bet with the bonus as the majority of slot wins will be drastically truncated. A 2k random jackpot would now be reduced by almost 90% :(

To me, it's like offering 15-1 on one number in roulette. Would some people still do it? YES. But this payout is so poor, that no commission would allow this kind of bet to be offered. I believe the 10x max cashout results in an amazingly low RTP (mabye on the order of 50% or lower) and should not be sanctioned by any commission due to its unfairness.

I have no problem with a casino capping free chips, but I have little interest in 10x my deposit. If you want to cap it at 100x, I might play. I did take a sign up bonus last year that was at 10x though, but it's the only one (so far) at that casino with a cap, and I don't know the current terms of their signup.

Although I would have had to forfeit quite a bit of my last cashout under that term even.

What platform is Free Spins casino?

They are RTG, same group as Onbling, Classycoin, Grandparker and Locopanda AFAIK.
Im pretty sure they have at least one sister casino, i get spammy offers from all mentioned casinos in bulk, and their
promo-offers look the same to me.

I'm pretty sure they aren't in that same group. Your evidence is terrible.

Sorry mate, AFAIK means as far as i know, it wasn't a statement but more a throw em on the same heap as "that group", i am pretty sure they have one sister casino is all i said, which is pretty, not sure.:p

It might definitely be a coincidence i get their spam in bulk, however the offers look as if they are created by the same group of people.

So i wasn't making claims, nor trying to proof anything, just answering jazzy's question, and throwing in my thoughts on these RTG casinos.

Next time i will try to word it more carefully.

Actually there affiliated with Planet Casino and Cherry Gold casino. They've always had low match bonuses, what surprised me was actually putting a cap on such a low bonus. I get that there probably trying to steer people away from using match bonuses. I dunno, really I would understand like maybe capping a 200% match bonus, or even a 300% or better. Yet a measly 25 and 50% match bonus. No thank you.
Don't get me wrong, when I have cashed out from there group, they do cashout fast, even faster than Slotocash. Yet I haven't played with them in a while mainly because they weren't accredited, and I found Slotocash to be much better in terms of bonuses and freebies.
So when they called offering for me to come back and try $50 on them, plus after I busted out I would get a 200% match bonus. I thought sure why not, played the freebie. Busted out, went to read the terms and conditions of the match bonus and that's when I got shocked with the horrific bonus terms.
