Pacers31,
Thanks for your candid feedback. Apparently MGS had some connectivity issues across the board this weekend with their MPV play.
I would appreciate if you could PM me with your account number so I can look into your case specifically. I can honestly say we do our best to provide a fun gaming experience.
All the best,

I don't think that is quite true. MG certainly had issues, but it was not "connectivity", it was a "handicap" scheme updated to the Multiplayer servers. There was a dead giveaway that I discovered last night. When I got the IDOL bonus, clicking each idol got me an INSTANT responce, normally when the connection is slow, ther is a delay revealing each idol as the server has to send back the next revealed amount each time (can be seen in "normal" tomb raider).
I also tried the Ammazzacasino event, one player had NO problem at all, reaching ZERO coins, and another got down to less than 1000. The others were in the 2000 to 3000 range for the most part, but issues were SO BAD for me that I only managed to get down to 6000+ coins, AND missed the last "continue". Since Ammazzacasino was ONLY at AllJackpots, how did a couple of players have no/few issues, wheras I had severe issues for a solid 3 days of the weekend.
I have not tried the other casinos offering these tournaments to see whether the issue is only play through All Jackpots, or whether it was general to all lobbies offering the tournaments.
I might try again today to see if there is any difference, perhaps at a different casino and again at All Jackpots, probably wait for a free tournament to appear at both.
Even without the recent issues, the design of these tournaments is very offputting now that the novelty value has worn off.
It is pretty obvipus that the hold is well over 10% to the casino in these events, whereas normal slot play has a hold of 5%.
In the sit and go, it is easy to see the hold is precisely 10%, which is a rip-off (I also notice almost no-one ever plays these).
With the sheduled events, the calculation is harder, however it seems highly likely that the hold is greater even than 10% for the most part, as most players will use the continues as it has become clear that you stand ALMOST NO CHANCE of winning without them, and thus the potential max hold to the casino is found by calculating the take for all registered players using all available continues, and the real hold will come near to that in most cases.
Short events can be watched in real time, and you can see each time any player uses a continue, and the exact hold can be calculated, and it is far higher than many players would be comfortable with given that slots generally are 95% payout.
MG currently issue NO FIGURES for the net payout on these tournaments, do they have something to hide?
