Freakyvegas Withdrawal failed

    Let me tell you about this place, All the games are laggy as hell, they tell you to clean cookies and cache and to use different browsers, I played on my PC, my phone and a laptop all games are laggy .
    Also I had a first deposit bonus and played through 7k to withdraw 350 dollars, It said withdrawal failed, I already sent them my documents and got verified, after emailing them and talking to chat a few times they assured me it was going to be alright and will fix it. Well 4 days later no emails and still cant do a withdrawal, so i played and lost. Talked to chat again and asked if they could fix it. Sure they said and will elevate your problem,
    Week later I play again this timei loose 1200 dollars of my own money and finally after another 100 i get to 350 dollars and figure ok lets get this out.. What happens again its failed
    again I ask and they say they will fix it, the games are really slow and half the time they Disconnect.. anyways I figure lets get in touch and ask why I still cant withdraw, and they don't know and will get in touch with me again,
    So after 5 emails nearly 4 weeks I have not heard anything, IF i play and i win i cant take it out and nobody knows anything, just like nobody knows why their machines lag so much. But of course they blame the browsers, cookies or cache.
    So 2 chances to withdraw but not being able too, and of course loosing it because its just there to play with is not good enough for a Accredited Casino
    Do yourself a favor and play somewhere else, these guys will stall you like they have me, I have spent to much time trying to ask these guys to solve the problem, 4 weeks and not 1 email, not 1 promotion, not 1 person telling me why my withdrawal failed.
    People on chat are really nice though

    I did it once on the Freakyvegas review post and maybe another but for some reason It was not showing

    Send them 5 emails like I did and not get a reply, it’s almost 4 weeks now.
    Also you will have to clean your cache and change your browser as the games are slow. But it’s not on their side, cough cough
    Also if your lucky you might be able to withdrawel. But if you can’t they will fix it ASAP and maybe if your lucky it will be less then 4 weeks.
    If you win I hope you have patience to wait for ages before they send their best people on the job to make sure your withdrawel works.

    It’s the reason I signed up because it’s accredited, I had spoken to the chat and he said he’s never seen this before. I figure a technician would have looked at it and fixed it. You can add as much money as possible but if you win they won’t know why you can’t withdraw.
    I know it’s my fault for playing again but I actually had faith it would be sorted, that’s why I’m here to warn you all.

    Don’t get me started on how many disconnects I had also and how painfully it as was to play the play through, I think I stayed up all night for that.

    I don’t know if others have problems with this place or they have 1 Pentium in a dingy room as a server but they really. Need to sort this out. I’m just warning people as to what happened to me.

    Yes there is one, he’s put a post up about Freakyvegas getting a uk licence.

    I would have bailed out the 1st time when your withdrawal failed. Give Videoslots a try - great place, lots of incentives and very quick payouts once you're verified.

    I took the welcome bonus when they got a UK Licence to test drive the welcome bonus. Can't say I'll be back - the lag was on a par with Slotsmillions when they UK launched. Bonanza spins for example were nearly 7 second intervals - twas a painful session and one of the few times I was willing a bust out :eek2:

    Never played there but sometimes wonder why people persist with sites that appear to have something amiss. Especially when there are so many that you know you can trust. If nobody played at these type of places they wouldn’t be around for long and eventually we would only have tried and trusted casinos to choose from. I can only assume it’s naivety or some countries have a distinct lack of choice.

    Yes that’s a fair point. I have also played at a lot of casinos that aren’t accredited and had no issues at all. What I would say though is the first time I do get a problem like the OP I will not go back for more.

    @joops : banned 2 weeks for multiple violations of the forum Rules including items 1.11, 1.15, 1.17, 1.18 but especially item 1.2.

    Multiple cross-posts of the same complaint across our forums -- mostly now merged here -- is totally unacceptable for so many reasons. Either read and respect the Forum Rules or find somewhere else to post.
