If you two are using the same computer that could be the start of the problem. Even if you're using separate computers but going through the same modem or router out to the net you can get caught in the casino's 'fraud' net.

Would suggest you contact the casino with both you and your partner's info and explain the situation to them. If they're willing to talk they'll want lots of identity documentation which you'll need to freely provide.

On the other hand they may have a 'one IP, one user' policy in which case it may already be too late. You won't know until you reach out to them with the details of your story.

If the casino has a listing on the Representatives page (here) I'd suggest you start there. If they're an Accredited Casino then there's a very good chance you can get this ironed out.

Yeah - like - really? Hmmm do I have to work?
Computers within the same household or same IP account - OR THE SAME COMPUTER cannot play more than ONE account at MOST casinos.

Unless you clear it with them first.

It is in MOST every Terms and Conditions and Terms of Service with every casino.

    True but some

including a couple mg's, Inetbet, and 3dice will let you and your friend, spouse, sig other, partner have their own account if you let the casino know before the second account is set up. I also know that at least with the mg's, only one bonus per household so you both can't take the same bonuses. I think Inetbet is the same way. Best to talk to support though and save your chat log (mg's and 3dice) for the future to clear up any disputes that may come up.

Also, should this maybe be posted in Casino complaints?

In a similar vein, I was accused of having multiple accounts at the then Absolute site, something I have never ever done. This was never resolved and it must have spread to all the other Rival sites because I never get any of the bonuses or freebies that you guys post on here.
The worst thing was, that I could not get anyone to explain to me what I had done wrong. Live support said that they are not obliged to give any reasons and my numerous emails were never answered. A case of "your guilty because we said so".

Have been in similar situations myself. Its funny how most casinos say `strictly one account per household/ip address` etc etc yet if you ask them before hand they say yesssss ok then sure wed LOVE your parents/brother/sister/wife/husband to open an account.

hi all thx for your input many thx for clearing up some issues , i dont see the big problem myself , but i shall say that casinos shouldnt jump into saying you are a fraud untill they have there facts 100% right , doesnt do the customer service anygood to tell people that in the first place & as maxx pointed out i did contact the casino to find out what was up ,but they wasnt bothered in the slighest just saying theyve had problems with player in the past which got my back up in the first place , hence why i was asking you guys for your thoughts on it, as i said many thx to all for helping. mr jones:thumbsup:

Better will be if you tell us the name of the casino or software. Plus its better if you email them for more regarding banning of your account.
